Another tragic piece of news just rolled in… BMX has lost Lorenzo Velazquez to a hit and run accident.
Just as we found out about Tom Kalmanidis’ passing, we came across the news over on Ride PA BMX that Lorenzo Velazquez has passed away after he was struck on his bike by a car in a hit and run accident last night. Lorenzo was a part of the Philadelphia BMX scene and left his mark on the city. There will be a candle light vigil tonight (9/1/17) and a BMX jam hosted by the Chocolate Truck Crew coming.
