A few years ago, 2-Hip Bikes released a 25th anniversary 2-Hip Pork complete. They produced 150 bikes, but unfortunately, 2-Hip’s Ron Wilkerson forgot to save one for himself.

To compensate, Ron had a special version of a new 20″ top tube Pork produced for himself, which he runs through in the above video, as well as 2-Hip’s new Groovetech bar, stem and fork system. But this isn’t just a normal bike check.

Featuring classic 2-Hip King of Vert footage from the late ’80s, Ron discusses his traumatic head injury and ensuing coma suffered at the end of the 1989 AFA season, and how it affected his approach to riding. Watch and learn from one of the true BMX originals. Video by Chris McMahon.” – ESPN
