It’s that time of the year again! Tallinn, Estonia is getting prepared for another Simple Session that will be going down February 4th and 5th at the Saku Arena! It sounds like this year the contest will be split into BMX park and BMX street versus everyone in the same contest. This should clear up all the complaints about judging! Full details below.
“Simple Session 17 heats up the Nordic winter!
Pack your warm hats and gloves! The 17th edition of the annual Simple Session contest series will take on the notorious Nordic winter in 2017, taking place on February 4 –5, in Tallinn Estonia.
The world-renowned international contest will once again host 140 contestants from 30 countries and their newest show-stopping tricks at the cozy Saku Arena, the place that everyone has come to love through the series. As one of the most international action sports events out there, Simple Session 17 pits the globe’s best BMX riders and skateboarders against each other on it’s magnificent one-off contest course (to be revealed soon!), so watch out for the ultimate show of the most progressive riding ever seen!
The contests will be held in Pro BMX street & park and Pro skateboarding street & park. (Separate judging categories this year!) The electrifying contest will be followed by non-stop after-parties that make up one unforgettable festival experience.
The Simple Session 17 BMX and skate finals will be broadcast LIVE on Red Bull TV – an unrivalled platform for action, live events, inspirational people, and breathtaking stories.
