Over the past year, Steve Kolb has challenged himself to learning flatland. As many of you that have tried know, flatland is a whole different level and requires some insane balance and technical skills. Here’s a video Steve put together showing the progress he has made over the past year. It’s safe to say he’s learned a whole bunch of wild tricks and combos! Hit play and take it all in. This is definitely something different than you see every day.

After 10 years of riding park and street, Steve Kolb dedicates a whole year to flatlanding where picked up a whole arsenal of combos in a short amount of time. This action packed edit includes Hop Decades (Steve’s signature Decadopper) to boomerangs, linked with turbine steamrollers, his signature Hiro Spin (named after his best friend Hiro Tsuchida), megaspin truck driver to opposite truck drivers and his one-handed miami wedge superman. After 1 year of serious practice and hard work; Steve proves to the bmx community that he has a lot of potential and will serve as a major contender in the future of flatland bmx.
