You know you are always in for a treat when a fresh BMX video from Art Thomason surfaces over on Flat Matters! It sounds like Art decided to pull off the front brakes and go completely brakeless for his riding for the time being. Here’s a look at some of the tricks he has dialed in since the decision in the first week. It looks like he had no trouble getting used to this one.

Here’s a rad one that Bobby Carter uploaded featuring some classic footage of Art Thomason that I found over on Flat Matters. This one is pretty crazy because Art not only kills it on his bike, but he kind of talks about what he was doing for school at the time that lead him to his job at NASA. How sick is that?

This is awesome. Hoffman‘s Art Thomason wanted to change things up, so he filmed this session where he changed up his setup a couple different ways by removing pegs and brakes to see if he could come up with some new tricks for himself. Check out what he was able to come up with!
“Last Friday Josh D. and I decided to take various parts off of my bike (pegs, brakes) and see what tricks we could capture on film. The result is Deconstruction. At the end of the video we put everything back on to show you some of my latest tricks which combine a few different styles of riding.
