The latest BMX Videos, Products and News!
ESPN BMX‘s Aaron Nardi caught up with Ben Hucke to find out what’s new and what’s to come for the dude. Sit back and get filled in on things along with some riding clips mixed in for good measure.
“Before the winter arrived in Portland, Ore., Diamond Back pro Ben Hucke traveled to Austin, Texas to ride in the Texas Toast Jam and begin filming for his new web series “Getting Serious.” Unfortunately, Ben wasn’t signed up to ride in the contest, and instead ended up falling down a few times during practice. This parable has little to do with the above video of Ben, but it is pretty indicative of his approach to the BMX pro pursuit — he keeps it mellow and entertaining.
In the above video, Ben sits down to discuss life as a BMX pro heading into 2013. For Ben, that means new sponsors. He recently signed on with Diamond Back, and his signature Nightseeker frame is arriving in stores now. On top of that, he’s working on revamped signature products with The Shadow Conspiracy and Almond Footwear, as well as riding for underwear brands.
Ben’s web series “Getting Serious” is on episode two already, and it’s a good watch. Far from the typical web series, “Getting Serious” tracks Ben’s travels near and far, including a recent trip to Taiwan to check out how his signature frame is made.

Ben Hucke living the pro life, flying to Taiwan to check out production on his signature frame. This is some serious business right here, haha.
“Ben Hucke heads to Taiwan with Diamondback to check out the manufacturing of the Night Seeker, his new signature frame. After checking out the factory and production process Ben, Matt Closson, and Mike Hammond explore Taipei and Taichung for a few days and manage to get in a little bit of riding as well.” – Diamondback
Hoang Tran, Raul Ruiz and Ben Hucke taking care of business is always a good thing to see. Take a peek.
“Dan’s Comp Team riders Ben Hucke, Raul Ruiz and Hoang Tran kick off an Oregon filming trip with a quick session at Richard Jennings Skatepark in Woodburn. Filmed and edited by Stew Johnson for Dan’s Comp. Dan’s Comp full length DVD in the works, look for it in 2013.” – Dan’s Comp
Diamondback‘s Ben Hucke, Matt Closson, Nate Berkheimer, Rob Armour, Diego Canina and Mike Hammond took a camping trip this past summer up in the Northwest. This video from ESPN BMX gives you a look at what they got into from lake jumping, floating down the river, fires and of course the riding. Check out what went down! This is what I call a good time. Scorpion is a good time.
Diamondback dropped this new video featuring Ben Hucke from his time in Austin, Texas for the Texas Toast Jam the other weekend. While he was there he got plenty of riding time in and it looks like he had a real good time doing it. There’s even some bonus Dirty Dan Bogard footage which is what’s up! Check this out for sure.

It won’t be long before the rain and cold weather takes over the Northwest for the winter so Jake Seeley, Caleb Quanbeck and Ben Hucke wanted to make sure they got a little filming done before the sunny sessions come to an end. Check out all three laying down some real good riding in this fresh new edit.

Ben Hucke shows you one example of the testing went into his signature Belmont shoes from Almond in this quick video. Bet you can’t do that…
“Good things come with time, thought and a lot of work. The new Belmont v.2 is one of those good things, you wont be disappointed.”
