Scotty Cranmer – Trey Jones Is Back and Doing Barspins

Scotty Cranmer dropped a new webisode from a parking lot session that he caught with Trey Jones, Big Boy, Matty Cranmer and Cory Berglar. Despite only having a little manual pad out, they ended up with a bunch of clips. After that, they decided to roll over to the race track for some fun, too.

“Trey Jones is back in Nj for a whole week and we are planning on riding every single day! I know there are a lot of trey Jones fans on the channel and to be honest i am a huge fan of his riding also! My back is just getting better and we all met up at my bakeshop to hang out and get some riding in! We started riding a flat plank of wood and the session got serious! everyone started throwing down and having an awesome time and Big Boy was killing it! He did so many awesome tricks with his freecoaster! Then we went up to the BMX track and got a few laps in and it was a blast!”

Scotty Cranmer – Close Call at the Trails

It looks like Scotty Cranmer is back after taking a few weeks off after breaking his back at the X Games. To celebrate, the crew decided to head to some local trails spot for a day of riding. I’m sure some of the hard core trails guys are going to be pissed they didn’t see any shovels come out, but that’s okay. There is some solid riding and good times to take in!

“We drove over to this BMX dirt jump spot that I haven’t been to in years! It’s called Lobster John’s and to our surprise the trails were still in rideable condition! This is the first day back on my BMX since I broke my back and it felt so awesome to finally ride again but I still have to be careful and take my time! The whole crew came out and the crazy tricks started happening straight away! The Go Pro broke off Vinny’s helmet on his 2nd run! Big Boy did his first trick on a dirt jump! Dom Simoncini crashed and got dirty and we ended the session with an insane crash when Vinny tried a 360 tail whip over the last jump! He almost died! he got up and stomped the trick out the very next go!”

Scotty Cranmer – Almost Lost Teeth Riding Street

Scotty Cranmer, Big Boy and Dom Simoncini decided to head out for a day of street spots for the latest webisode. Hit play to check out some of the riding they got in, along with a close call Scotty had with a rail that could have lead to a trip to the dentist.

“We love riding street! Well, we love all kinds of riding no matter what as long as we are on our BMX Bikes! For the 2nd street mission we went to some random abandoned building in a small town in NJ that had some really fun spots to ride. Me, Dom, and Big Boy spent a few hours in the hot sun and got some awesome riding done. Big Boy did some really creative Nose press lines while Dom did some amazing icepick grinds! I almost knocked my teeth out again grinding a rail but I just caught myself at the last second! Big Boy got angry and threw a temper tantrum and he got so mad that he jumped in a bush twice!We all got some awesome tricks in that we were proud of and we are so excited to go riding again!”

Scotty Cranmer – Back at the Ramp Ranch

Scotty Cranmer has been pumping out so many videos since he broke his back and had some down time, but it looks like he’s finally able to ride again and he’s not slowing down. Here’s some footage from a session that went down on the Ramp Ranch ramps. Watch as Scotty and the rest of the crew have a super productive session as always! So good.

“We got the invite to come back and ride JJ’s private warehouse the Ramp Ranch! We all rushed over there and we were really surprised to see that he added so many new ramps including a spine! We immediately started riding and big Boy battled it out a Flair Challenge that he has never tried before! Also Vinny and Big Boy made a deal, If Big Boy tricked the spine then Vin would 180 TailWhip it! Bk did the usual Bk and did some crazy tech lines. I rode last and I loved the new ramp! I put my full face on because I was going so high until i tried a 360 tail tap tail whip and crashed! Then I finished off the session by teaming up with JJ and riding in the bucket of his tractor into the building then ninja dropping in!”

Scotty Cranmer – Hit The Kinked Rail

Scotty Cranmer is always throwing lock ins at the Incline Club and based off his webisodes they always look like a super good time. Here’s a look at their latest jam that gives you a look at just what went down. Looks like it was a full house to us!

“The 5th Lock in just went down at the Incline Club Skatepark and Big Boy, Matty Cranmer, BK, and myself were there to hang out and film the whole night! Just like the other lock ins, we played some really fun games and set up a bunch of fun challenges for the kids! But we also had a lot of fun riding also! big Boy did a flair challenge with a tinted out motorcycle helmet on that made him look and sound like an astronaut! Then Big Boy set a trick list that he had to accomplish and he gave them a few trys each landing some and crashing some! But a kid yelled out “If you’re a man, You’ll hit the kink Rail!” and then it was go time! Big Boy was stressing this rail for a really long time but he finally stepped up and did it! Such a fun night and I am excited for the next one!”

BMX Rope Swing

We’ve seen a lot of weird ways to try and learn some tricks on a BMX bike. The Rope Swing technique is one of those weird ones we have heard about and seen a few times in the past. Here’s a video from a rope swing session Scotty Cranmer, Matty Cranmer and Big Boy had the other day. Although it’s probably not a real good way to learn tricks, it does look pretty entertaining. “Matty and Big boy had this idea to build a BMX rope swing so I stopped by my parent’s house to see exactly what they were trying to accomplish! They built this really ghetto Bike swing out of rope, a tow hook, and 2 floor mats! But when all was said and done it was actually a lot of fun! You ride back and forth like a half pipe and do tricks as if you were doing a quarter pipe air! Big Boy was having some issues getting the hang of it but he was still able to get a tail whip around! I was able to get the impossible trick ‘;The Barspin” and Matty completely destroyed it landing a double tail whip and a 540! It was really ghetto but it was really fun!” – Scotty Cranmer

Scotty Cranmer – The Rainbow Ramp

It’s always interesting how you can change up a skatepark with a single ramp that can be moved around. Scotty Cranmer busted out the Rainbow Ramp at the Incline Club for a session where the crew went to work seeing what they could come up with. Needless to say, things got a little crazy. Check it!

“So we all met up at the skatepark for a session and I invited a very special guest my good friend Augie Simoncini! He was in town for the weekend from California. So I decided to do something fun and different so we took the kicker that me and Cory Berglar made and moved it all around the skatepark to see what kind of awesome tricks we could come up with on it! The session turned epic as soon as we turned the camera on! Everyone did some amazing tricks and Augie tried to do a front flip for the first time in about 5 years! He bailed and flew from about 20ft in the air back to the ground and got up like it was nothing! CRAZY! Watch the video the riding is next level!”

Big Boy Versus The Sketchy Front Flip

It looks like Scotty Cranmer has been picking up subscribers on Youtube like it’s nobodies business! To celebrate 200,000, it was time to make Big Boy to learn how to send a front flip. Except this is probably the most unique way we have seen it done.. Needless to say, this ended up hilarious. Check it and see how it all went down!

“We made it to 200,000 SUBSCRIBERS! I would have never thought in the 9 short months of doing this channel that we would be where we are right now! I am so proud of it and huge thank you to everyone of you watching our videos everyday and we dedicate this video to you guys! So Big Boy came up to me and said that for the 200k challenge he wants to do a front flip! I thought he was kidding but after talking about it we came up with a plan that would give him the best shot of landing it! Big Boy needed a special ramp to do his style of front flip and that came as no surprise because Big Boy is a special kind of guy! So, We built a custom flat bank take off that would give him the right height and distance and after some serious calculations Big Boy sent the front flip and crashed pretty hard but he was determined and adrenaline fueled so he got right back up and got on his bike and gave the front flip another attempt and the result was epic! This video is a true testament of big boy evolving with this channel and I am so proud of him!”
