Scotty Cranmer – X Games 2016: Day 1

It looks like Scotty Cranmer will be giving us a look at just what it’s like to be a rider at the X Games this year. This follows Scotty from getting his registration filled out, taking a tour of the course and hanging out at the hotel. Expect plenty more from this trip.

“So we are just getting to Austin Texas for the 2016 summer X Games and I am so excited for this insane week! Not only do i get to attempt to hold a record for most medals in BMX park history but i also have the world premiere for the Vans BMX video that I have a full section in! This is going to be an awesome week and I am going to take you all along with me! And I brought the Big Boy along to help me film the experience!”

Scotty Cranmer – Hazlet Skatepark Session

Scotty Cranmer coming through with a new webisode from a session at at the Hazlet Skatepark for your viewing pleasure. A bunch of the crew rolled out to the park where they caught some wind, good times and plenty of clips. As usual, great watch from start to finish. Hit play and take it all in!

“We drove over to Hazlet, NJ to ride the Hazlet public skatepark and once again it was a beautiful day but it was so windy.. But, we can still ride in wind it just makes riding a bit more difficult. So immediately the whole crew got riding while i was filming. And I look over to the other end of the skatepark and Big Boy is flying a kite! Then big Boy ties the kite to his handlebar and decides to attempt the worlds first BMX Flair while flying a kite! Only big Boy… After that I picked up my bike and got to riding and I found some awesome lines to do at the skatepark and there were a lot of tricks that I was pumped on! It was an awesome day with so many laughs!”

Scotty Cranmer – Game of B-I-K-E: Team Edition

The latest Game of B-I-K-E from Scotty Cranmer is a huge list of riders from some of New Jersey’s finest, some of Chicago’s finest, Sean Ricany and David Peraza. This is a very diverse group of guys and things get wild. Hit play and find out just who took the win!

“During the same night we filmed the Epic Game of add on we all wanted to keep the fun going so we decided to play a Game Of Bike with a twist! We took the same concept that I came up with for our Wheel of Misfortune series and applied it to the GOB! We had 4 team captains pick 3 riders each just like school dodgeball and then the captains had to name their teams! We had 16 riders total in this game and it was insane! So many laughs, so many tricks, and so many crashes! One of the best moments was when Ricky Hoffman decided to attempt a 360 for the first time in 4 years! Scotty Cranmer – Epic Game of Add On 5

It’s that time again for another round of Game of Add On from Scotty Cranmer. This time around they push things even further by bringing in even more people like Sean Ricany and David Peraza to really shake things up. Who takes the win? Well, you’ll want to hit play and take it in because things definitely get interesting!

“For our 5th game of add on we went all out! 14 riders battle it out to see who can go the distance to be the champion! We had a bunch of new faces and we had such an awesome time laughing and riding together! This is the longest game that we have had so far at 13 tricks! And in the end 1 rider steps up and does an insane move to seal the deal as the new game of add on champion!”

Scotty Cranmer – Joe Tiseo Memorial Skatepark Session

It seems like Scotty Cranmer has been firing out a video almost every day lately. Here’s his latest from a session with Big Boy and Brooklyn at the Joe Tiseo Memorial Skatepark. This has a ton of awesome riding, a skater who didn’t believe Scotty had a signature shoes from Vans and plenty of laughs as expected. Hit play and take a look!

“We drove the STI over to Joe Tiseo memorial skatepark in Bloomfield , NJ for a session! Joe Tiseo was one of the first well known NJ BMX riders and I was a big fan when I was a kid growing up riding. Joe passed away from a motorcycle accident and this skatepark was made as a memorial for him. So we had to really do some of our best riding to pay respect to a fellow rider. The session started with Big Boy battling out a back to back flair challenge! Then BK went full tech on the mini ramp landing some insane combos! I couldn’t stop riding this park! There was so many tricks that I wanted to do that I almost passed out from dehydration! But I managed to get some awesome lines in including some tricks that I have never done before and some big transfers! I ended with a trick that was inspired by Joe Tiseo that I was really pumped on! We had a blast and we are definitely heading back someday!”

Scotty Cranmer – Worst Skatepark Ever: Jamesburg, New Jersey

Scotty Cranmer cooking up another round of Worst Skatepark Ever. This time around Scotty and Big Boy spend some time putting the skatepark in Jamesburg, New Jersey to good use. Despite the place being pretty rough around the edges, it looks like these guys had no problem putting the place to good use! Enjoy!

“Big Boy and I drove the WRX’s over to the Jamesburg NJ skatepark because someone said it wasn’t the best skatepark out there! So we accepted the challenge and decided to try and film a whole riding video at the skatepark! Big Boy sent a huge flair right away! and then came up with some awesome lines that only he does!He also took a crazy dramatic crash in normal Big Boy fashion! I was able to do some stuff I was really proud of and I did a couple technical tail whip lines that I have never done before! I also did a barspin over the fence of the skatepark that I was really pumped on!”

Scotty Cranmer – Freedom Skatepark Session

Another day, another video courtesy of Scotty Cranmer! This time around the crew roll over to Freedom Skatepark for a session filled with crashes, laughs and some dialed riding. Hit play and check it all out!

“We drove out to Freedom skatepark in Medford NJ to ride the park for the very first time! We got there pretty early and almost had the whole skatepark to our selves. The only downside was it was a very windy day and windy days make terrible riding days but we all still made the best of it! Big Boy started the session off with a flair challenge and then tried to do this pretty crazy street style bunny hop gap and it did not go as planned! But it made for great footage! Matty took a really bad crash in the bowl and he knocked the wind out of himself and gave us all a real scare.. Matty was a trooper and he actually still rode the rest of the day. I had so much fun riding the park and I ended up getting a bunch of tricks done that I was really proud of! We then finished off the session on the manual pad where we all did back to back tricks and Big Boy took another highlight reel crash!”

Scotty Cranmer – Skatepark’s Closed: 20 Trick Challenge

What happens when you show up to the skatepark and can’t ride it because it’s closed? If you’re Scotty Cranmer you don’t just pack back up and head out, you try and ride everything you can find around the park. Hit play as Scotty and Big Boy try and make the best of the situation!

“We drove all the way to Hamilton Skatepark with intensions of filming a video and instead we rolled up to a perfect skatepark with a locked gate and a sign that said No Trespassing or you will be fined or arrested! So. me and Big Boy decided to take the lemons and try to make Lemonade by doing a 20 Trick Challenge around the park! I rode everything from parking blocks and bleachers to trees and Bicycle racks to show that you can have fun and come up with some pretty cool ideas even if there are no ramps to ride! Did I get all 20 tricks?? Go find out!”
