“Back in September and fresh off our Tea & Biscuits UK Tour, Broc and I headed to Salt Lake City to hang out with Tate for a few days and stack some clips for this as well as Tate’s Drifter V2 promo. As you can see, Broc (or as most of the team now calls him, “Little Puppy”) really put his 18 year old puppy power to use obtaining a whole grip of footage on all the amazing spots SLC, & Pocatello, Idaho had to offer. It looks like The Daily Grind have been busy working on a few new projects. Here’s a sneak peek look at Troy Merkle’s signature 4-piece bars they are working on. These 4130 chromoly bars are made right here in the U.S.A (they didn’t specify by who as of yet) and come in 28″ wide and can be cut down to 24″. No other details have been released, but based on what I’m seeing here, they look quality as hell. Expect more info about these soon.
Oh, while you are at it, go pick up a copy of their new DVD that’s out now!
Fiend have added an 8.75″ rise option and chrome for a color option for their Team bars. These 13-butted, heat-treated 4130 chromoly bars have a rise of 8.75″, a width of 28.5″, 12-degrees of backsweep, 1-degree of upsweep and come in colors of ED black, Embryo red, Embryo green and chrome as we mentioned before.
Tree Bicycle Co. have dropped a few photos giving you a sneak peek look at Sam Schulte’s new signature Moto bars and their new traditional style 6-bolt topload stem that is looking so damn clean. You can get a look at the photos by clicking here. No word on the release, but based on the branding they’ve got on both, I’d say early 2013 at the latest.
