Based of the highlights, it looks like everyone from the young guns to the big dogs were throwing down some heavy moves. “Vans and Cult hosted the annual Vans BMX AM contest at the Vans park in Orange, California this past Saturday. First places finishers in each class won a Cult complete along with lots of other cool stuff from Vans and Cult. And the winner of the Sponsored Class, Boyd Hilder, got an invite to compete at the Vans US Open BMX Van Doren Invitational in Huntington Beach. The level of riding and amount of consistency throughout the day was insane—there’s such a wealth of talented locals riders in the OC/LA area.
