2015 Brett Banasiewicz Benefit Jam at Ollies Skatepark

A few weeks back, the guys at Ollies Skatepark threw a jam to help raise some funds for Brett Banasiewciz’s recovery and his skatepark, The Kitchen! Here’s a video DK Bicycles dropped giving us a look at some of the riding that went into it along with some commentary from a few of the guys behind the jam to make it happen!

Save The Kitchen Skatepark Update

If you haven’t heard yet, Brett Banasiewicz’s park, The Kitchen Skatepark, in Indiana is in need of a little financial support to help keep the doors open! Our friend Rich Hoppe recently made his way to the park to get the update from Bill and Brett about the park and find out just what they need to make it work! Monster – Recon Tour 2014: Ohio Dreams

The Monster Recon Tour hit up Ohio Dreams for its latest stop of the contest series and they were greeted with a ton of riders that absolutely crushed the place! Check out all of the highlights, including runs from Brett Banasiewicz, to see what went down! Looks like it was awesome!

Brett Banasiewicz – Ride to Recovery

A local Indiana news station did a featured interview with Brett Banasiewicz to talk about the progress he has made since his crash and to talk about his goals for the future that premiered on TV tonight. They dropped it on their WEBSITE as well for everyone else to see as well. This interview is great because it shows the progress that has been made and that Brett isn’t slowing down on his recovery until he’s back where he was before the crash! Watch it!

Through The Lens: Quick Chat with Brett Banasiewicz

This week I am proud to present an interview with Brett Banasiewicz. If you don’t know who Brett is, stop reading this immediately and go do some research. Once you take care of that, and get out from underneath the rock you have been living under, come back to this and check it out. I have known Brett for years now and have seen him come up in the crazy BMX world and rise straight to the top. I have been lucky enough to document Brett’s riding over the years at most major contests and it’s been obvious for a long time that Brett was ahead of his time. He was one of the youngest riders in the game for a while there and was holding his own against the rest of the BMX world. He has a huge fan following and although Brett has been dealing with the recovery process after his crash in 2012 he has been taking it all in stride and has the positive mindset of a true champion. His determination will inspire you to get out there and accomplish your goals. His focus and drive to get back to where he was is motivating to say the least and he has nothing but love for BMX.
