The other day it occurred to me that there haven’t been any updates on Brian Histand lately. I wasn’t sure if he turned up or not, but then today Subrosa posted up something mentioning he’s still missing. “I’ve known Brian for probably 7 years or more now. We used to trade BMX DVD’s back and forth in the mail. We met and rode together a handful of times, and linked up in Austin in late 2012. We managed to get a few clips, plus a couple from my friend Clint Zabodyn’s camera makes a little mini-edit to help get the word out. Brian has been missing since May 15th, but there have been a bunch of rumors of sightings near where he was last seen. I know Brian is a determined and intelligent guy, and he is still out there. Ryan Navazio posted up an update on the search for Brian Histand who has been missing for well over a week now. It sounds like Dave Krone is flying out to help Brian’s girlfriend try to track him down. Anyone in the Phoenix, Arizona area that knows their way around the place really would be a huge help. Get on this and help spread the word. Thanks!
“Krone just flew out to Phoenix to meet up with Histand’s girl. The plan is to search the desert and surrounding areas near where Histand disappeared. Both of them are from PA. They don’t know shit about the desert or Phoenix really. I’m trying to get them in touch with as many people that may know the area as possible. To keep them safe, and of course to help find Brian. Any way you can help get the word out that they are there and anyone who wants to help in any way can get in touch with either Krone or Brooke?”

It’s never good hearing that a friend went missing. Brian Histand has been a guy we’ve always been a fan of. Word today got out that he is currently missing and hasn’t been seen or heard from in almost a week. If you have seen Brian or have any information on his where abouts, please let us know or get in contact with the local authorities in the Glendale area.
“Brian Histand was last seen Tuesday may 14th he lives in the Glendale / Peoria area. He has a white station wagon with bmx stickers on the back and may also be seen with a bmx bike. We are very worried about him. If you see him please contact the police!! EVERYONE OUT THERE PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT!!”
The guys over at Veil spent some time cruising a few different cement parks while stacking some clips for this new one. They were able to come up with a ton of goodness and ended up with this new seven and a half minute edit that’s worth a watch!

“Jerry Vandervalk, Nick Kajewski, Jeff Cadger, Brian Histand and Mat Lawton all flew over to Los Angeles back in September to spend a few weeks on the road, with no real plans other than to have as much fun as possible and ride whatever we could, whenever we could. We spent a week riding around Cali before heading up to Vegas for Interbike. We filmed everything a long the way and this is the end result from 2 weeks on the road with a bunch of rats. It might be a little overdue, but it’s better late than never..
I can’t thank everyone we met a long the way enough for showing us such an awesome time. Shout outs to Jerry and Nick for hauling ass in the van everyday, Juicy, Tommy Blanco, Daniel Martinez, Ron B, Mike J, Brien K and all the Sparkys crew Chris H, Scott G and the Triplesix crew plus a lot more, you all know who you are, see you all again this year!
