Texas Toast – Day 1 Video – More BMX Videos

Here is a look at some park and dirt from Texas Toast. I think most of it is practice footage, but some of it may have been qualifying as well. Either way, it’s great riding and a good nugget to get you excited for the finals footage that should be rolling out very soon!

G-Sport – Pleg 2: Completely Re-Designed

October 7, 2013

We have been seeing the Pleg 2 from G-Sport popping up for a little while now, but it looks like they’re finally done and shipping! Check out this quick video featuring Broc Raiford putting the new pegs to the test while they show you the different changes and features.

“The Pleg 2 features a completely re-designed 7075 aluminum core and proprietary plastic sleeve. This new design allows for a smaller overall peg diameter and substantially increases stiffness. The Pleg 2 core runs 3/4′s of the length of the sleeve so direct damage to the core’s end can be avoided, simplifying sleeve removal and maintaining socket fit.

SPECS

Sleeve Material: Proprietary Plastic Blend
Sleeve Length: 100mm / 4″
Sleeve Diameter: 39mm / 1.5″ (“Normal” Steel peg diameter)
Core Configuration: 14mm or 3/8″

Odyssey – Calicrewzin

September 13, 2013

Odyssey just dropped this banger of a video from their team trip around California they took recently! Aaron, Gary, Broc and Grant all kill it on some dialed spots and they look like they had a super good time doing it. Hit that play button and enjoy!

“Join Aaron Ross, Gary Young, Broc Raiford, and Grant Germain on the most cliché of California trips. The vibe may be chill, but the spots and riding did not disappoint.

Huge thanks to QBMX for helping make this trip happen and to CRANKY’S, INKY’S and THE SECRET bike shops for having us over.

Filmed and edited by Walter Pieringer.
Music by 2Pac and Shaw Blades.

Volume – Team Testing 2013 Complete Bikes

August 21, 2013

So many kids feel like pros have some magical super high end bikes that let them ride at such a top level. In reality many pros actually have broken down, unmaintained bikes because little details don’t matter to them. So I think it’s rad that the Volume guys got on some stock Volume 2013 completes and shut it down just the same as they would on their own bikes. So basically, if you don’t think your bike is good enough, go buy a Volume complete and shred!
