BSD released a new Bike Check with their Canadian connect, Jason Teet, and his current Passenger setup that he is running that is decked out with BSD parts from top to bottom. Well here’s a bit of interesting news we didn’t see coming. Tony Malouf has announced on Twitter that after seven years on BSD, they have parted ways. No word on if it was mutual or if Tony has another deal lined up or what, but only time will tell.
Not to say we had a feeling something was up, but we did notice at Interbike, BSD didn’t mention much of anything about his signature Beverage frame, when all the other existing frames in the line up were given updates like investment cast dropouts for 2016, which was weird. I guess we know why, huh?
Any guesses where he might go? There’s been a few shake ups with Stranger lately… That’s our guess.
While we were at the Tip Plus suite, we got a look at the new products that BSD have been working on over in Scotland this past year. New colors, frame, freecoaster, seat and more! You’ll want to get a look at this, so let’s get into it already!
Yesterday, BSD released a preview of a few of their new items they are showing off at Interbike this week — BSD – Interbike 2015 Preview. One of the items that they had in that preview was the new Dan Paley signature Soulja frame that will be available sometime in November or early December. Today they released most of the specs and details for you guys to check out, so let’s talk about the frame a bit and get a closer look!
Where does time go? Summer has flown by and tomorrow we’ll be hopping on a plane to Las Vegas tomorrow for our 8th round of Interbike to check out all the latest BMX bikes, frames and parts from all of your favorite BMX brands. Thanks to the internet, we’ve been getting previews from a number of brands giving us a taste of what’s to come so we have a decent idea of some of the items we’ll be seeing from a number of the brands. Today we were treated to a gold mine of product that BSD will be displaying between the QBMX booth and Tip Plus suite from their new Westcoaster freecoaster, to the updated frames, new Dan Paley Soulja frame, fresh colorways, their first rim and a new addition that we have a feeling everyone will be running if you have plastic bar ends. Ready? let’s take a look.
Other than Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, we can’t think of too many people who have taken a road trip to Aspen. BSD‘s Chaz and Connor Mailey recently spent some time over here in the U.S and took a trip from Austin, Texas to Aspen, Colorado riding spots, head butting the bottom of pools of water and having a damn good time. Check out this dialed BMX video they put together from the trip!

BSD have released Liam Zingbergs‘ new signature two piece bars! The Zing bars are made from multi-butted, post-weld heat-treated 4130 chromoly tubing with a 29″ width, 9.25″ rise, 11-degrees of back sweep and 2-degrees of upsweep.
