Woodward West Winter Camp Highlights – More BMX Videos

Here’s a rad one we spotted over on Flat Matters of Kevin Nikulski getting some riding time in during his trip to Bordeaux a few months back! Kevin comes through with some great riding and that ender is rough, haha.
“Back in October we followed Kevin on a trip to Bordeaux, France for the Vibrations Urbaines contest. It was a rather spontaneous mission (a bit “planless”) and turned out to be an awesome trip. Bordeaux is a beautiful city with cool flatland spots. We filmed most of this edit at the promenade of the Garonne river which runs through the city. To make this October weekend perfect Kevin even managed to win the contest which had to be celebrated properly! Enjoy the Nikulski show!

We’re always seeing Nigel Sylvester popping up in new places! It looks like he has a two part video feature that Vice Sports is dropping giving us a little insight into how he fits in with BMX doing things the way he does on his more mainstream level. This should be interesting!

With 2015 rolling around, we’ve made a few changes that we feel will make the site better and more quality than before. Once instance of that, that you can expect to see quite a bit are more product related posts giving you a closer look at quality products we’re stoked on. For example, the Mutiny Bikes Cinch cranks that received a few changes recently.
The Cinch cranks use a clean 2.5 piece design that start out with heat-treated 100% 4130 chromoly 175mm long rectangular arms that are bossless to work specifically with spline drive sprockets and have custom Investment Cast oversized spindle bosses for increased strength. The 22mm, 48-spline spindle is made from 100% 4130 chromoly with a flush mount 8mm chromoly hex bolt to keep the arms tight.
The Cinch cranks are available in right or left side drive and can also be purchased as a kit with Mutiny’s Pentra sprocket that comes in sizes of 25, 28 and 30 tooth sizes. They retail for around $159.99 for just the cranks and $184.99 for the cranks and sprocket!

Justen Soule has been one of our favorite film makers in BMX for quite some time and it’s pretty clear as to why! This past year, Justen was a busy guy in and outside of BMX working on projects.
