KARL POYNTER – A RAINY DAY AT THE PARK FOR DECOBMX from DecoBMX on Vimeo.
It’s been a really long time since we’ve seen any new Karl Poynter footage, so I was like a kid on Christmas morning when I saw that he had dropped a new edit. Even faced with having to ride shortly after a rain storm, Karl wipes down a few rails and handles business like nothing is different. This is my “must see” of the day.
Great news from Karl’s Instagram! After parting way with Eastern and Ezra a while back, he is now getting help from Deco. Karl isn’t yet on the official Deco team roster on the website, so we aren’t sure if it’s just a hook up or a full deal. Either way, it’s rad! In more good news, he has a new edit in the works as well.
Johnny Filth AKA Mr Filth GET DOWN for DecoBMX from DecoBMX on Vimeo.
Johnny Filth is all about doing his own thing, so it makes sense that Deco would be the company to support him. I haven’t seen this many candybars… in my whole life.
WOW! In what I can imagine is pretty big news to the flatland world, Terry Adams has signed with Deco. With the news also brings the information that Deco will be making Terry his own signature frame. Here is what Terry had to say:
“As of today I will be riding Deco Frames with legendary Flatlander and all around BMX Legend Chad Degroot. Everything stays the same with Odyssey, maker of best BMX parts in the world, but my new frame sponsor will be Deco. I hope everyone is as excited as I am. Look out for my signature TA frame out soon!”
Make your way on over to The Merged to get the low down on Tom Villarreal’s new signature “Lifted” frame from Deco. That’s the definition of “simple” right there.
It’s not every day you can find a rider that rides flatland, street, trails and park. Tang Meng from Japan is one of those guys who can ride whatever you put in front of him. That’s probably why he’s now riding for DECO. Check out this rad welcome edit giving you a look at him getting down on a little bit of everything.
During the Red Bull Circle of Balance flatland contest, Deco‘s Chad DeGroot, Kerry Gatt and Hiroshi Uehara sat down to talk about what BMX means to them. This is definitely rad and I’m sure a lot of you can get behind what they are saying.
