For the 50th edition of products, I’ve decided to change things up a bit. The roman numerals we usually do were getting a little ridiculous, so from now on we’ll just run with the numbers. Otherwise, we’re keeping this party going with 5 fresh products for you to take a closer look at. This week we’ve got the Pom Pom sprocket from Deluxe, the Freedom bars from Freed, the Scorpio fork from Wethepeople, Cult‘s new Signature snapbacks and the Flagship frame from Superstar! Let’s see what Volume 50 has to offer…
Deluxe – Joyride 150 POV
Spotted this video over on Can You Dig It. Last weekend, Deluxe‘s Mark Potoczny made his way to Toronto with his brother, Mike, and his dad. While they were there, they made a stop at Joyride to get some riding time in. Check out some helmet cam clips of the brothers getting some laps in. Love this place.
“These clips are from this past week end. My brother Mike and I went to Toronto Canada with our dad to watch the supercross, but we couldn’t resist hitting up Joy Ride 150 during the day. The pump track and the bigger rhythm were the high lights of the park to me, so I decided to get some shots of both of them. The rhythm has a cool berm shot in the back corner that really stood out. The pump track was designed really well with a lot of cool camel back rollers and flowy berms. If you have the chance to go and a passport definately hit this place up.” – Mark Potoczny
Joey Gough Bike Check
Daaaaaaamn. That’s one clean machine. Head over to the Deluxe website to get a closer look at Joey Gough’s setup from a limited run of the frames Deluxe made with the V-Brakes. Word on the street is they may do another limited run here again soon. What do you think?
Deluxe – The Wheel Mill Helmet Cam Clips
I’m seriously drooling over the idea of just riding The Wheel Mill! Check out this video of Deluxe‘s Mark Potoczny getting some laps in with his brother Mike in this quick helmet cam video!
“Here is a double lap around the expert line in the Woods Jumps room at the Wheel Mill In Pittsburgh, Pa. This is the first phase in building what everyone hopes to be the closest thing to riding trails indoors.”
Alex Boyd Bike Check
Get on over to the Deluxe website to check out a fresh bike check with team rider Alex Boyd and his fresh Sacre Bleu build with a custom green paint job. I’m personally really digging that flat green color, kind of reminds me of that old Series 3 color way a long time ago. Word on the street is that color may be available in the near future on a particular Deluxe frame…
Deluxe – Sacre Bleu Bike Build Video
Spotted this gem over on Can You Dig It. Not sure who this guy is, but he put together this awesome video showing you the build up of his new Deluxe Sacre Bleu frame. This is one dialed machine! Stoked on this.
Mike Kluver Bike Check
Products: XLVII
Spring is starting to show signs of life around these parts (at least in the midwest) and I’m sure there are a bunch of riders who have been stuck inside just itching to get their bikes all dialed in and get back outside where we’re supposed to be. It’s definitely a good time to get your bike all ready to roll since nobody wants to start the first sessions of the year outside with a beat up bike. This week we’re going to take a closer look at the new Ben Lewis bars from Fit Bike Co., the new Banana wax from Sunday, Deluxe‘s new F-Light wheel sets, Madera‘s Mast topload stem and 34R‘s Roto Twister gyro. Let’s take a closer look!
