Diamondback U.K – Nik Ford – Hold On Tightly, Let Go Lightly

Diamondback U.K‘s Nik Ford has been working his way back to full strength since his ACL surgery. Here’s a fresh edit of him getting back into the swing of things!

“Coming back from injury always poses questions…………. We have all been asked “why do you do it” and after the first clip it got me thinking “why do I put myself through it?” Well, its a tough one to explain to those outside the BMX bubble but with great risk comes reward and maybe in our wildest moments we could be the greatest.

I filmed this edit over the first 3 months back riding after ACL reconstructive surgery.

I always ride wearing a helmet and I cant express how pleased I was to be wearing in the first clip, that crash could have ended this comeback in record time!
