“Check out our BMX highlights from yet another amazing Simple Session. The Vans team seemed perfectly suited to the park and street courses with each rider playing to their strengths and finding some great lines that took full advantage of the Simple Session set up. With everyone pushing hard it was inevitable that there were going to be some slams and unfortunately Lacey, Young and Harrington all crashed out. Whilst he might of missed out on a podium position Bruno Hoffmann’s ability to consistently come through with his clean, strong style whilst pulling out bangers will no doubt stick with people for a long time.” – Vans
“This year looks like it will be the year of BMX with marquee competitions taking the sport across the globe and always evolving the formats. Gary Young talks about the addition of the jam format to BMX park and how it allows the spectators and the athletes see the sport progress live.
After spending 22 months on the injured list, Kevin Robinson is ready to return to competitions this year. Robinson survived a brutal crash on the MegaRamp and has since withstood eight surgeries. Last September, Robinson launched a new BMX apparel line, Grindz, that incorporates pads into the lining of the clothes.
Finally, this segment of Inside Alli Sports wraps up with a update on the condition of Jay Eggleston and his recovery status from his brain injury he received while competing last year.” – Alli Sports
“The Vans crew loaded up the RV with a bunch of riders and skaters and headed out to the 29 Palms Marine base to shred their skate plaza and hand out some Vans swag to all the loyal fans. Te concrete was pretty slick but some wild moves went down over the picnic table. Featuring Ryan Guettler, Dakota Roche, Gary Young, Josh Borden, Hoang Tran and some steezy flow team riders as well.” – Vans

Head over to the Ride BMX website to check out a fresh interview with Gary Young. It sounds like the father to be has a pretty packed schedule coming up. Definitely interested to see what this talk about the changes with the Dew Tour will be like for sure. Good read. Get to it!
