Harry Main on Alan’s BMX

September 28, 2012

Looks like Harry Main has found himself a new sponsor. Harry is now riding for Alan’s BMX. Here’s some words from Alan Woods himself and Harry about the news.

“I have known Harry from the beginning and have always helped him out with parts over the years so when we were thinking about working with a rider there was only one choice really. Harry is great role model for the kids coming up and I think that’s what BMX needs right now. You can look forward to some different stuff for sure, certainly video-wise. We have a lot of cool ideas which we’ll announce via the usual media channels – and with Harry’s signature Failure parts about to come out, the timing is perfect.” – Alan Woods

“Stoked to Finally make this happen, me and Alan have been trying to make this happen for a long time. i had so much change going on with other sponsors at the time i wanted to make sure i was happy with everything Else i had going on, the time has come with everything falling together with Failure Bikes and Snafu parts along with Monster Energy, and proud to announce I’m now repping Alans BMX, If you want to shop with a Bike Shop with a Great reputation awesome Background and Friendly service, Alans seriously is the place to be and thats why I’m all for this. Catching Up with Harry Main

September 5, 2012

This was definitely filmed a number of weeks back since a few things he mentions in this has changed like he’s no longer riding for Nike and the Dew Tour stop in Ocean City has passed, but it’s got a lot of real good riding and a good update of what’s new with him.

“Harry Main started off the year with the addition of two new sponsors, Failure Bikes and Snafu BMX, then headed straight to Simpel Session in where he took third. Failure and Snafu are both working with Main on product designs for signature Main parts including a new frame. Check in with Harry Main and find out what he has been up to this year while he rips in this Catching Up.” – Alli Sports

I didn’t realize the Baltic Games were going down in a big arena. It’s definitely a bigger contest than I thought it was. Either way, here’s some highlights from the riding that went down there this past weekend. Check out guys like Drew Bezanson, Harry Main and Daniel Dhers throwing down!

Monster Energy at the Dew Tour in Ocean City

August 23, 2012

To say the Monster team took care of some business at the Dew Tour this past weekend would probably be an understatement.

“The Monster Energy Team lights it up on the Beach in Ocean City Maryland for the 2012 Dew Tour. Watch Harry Main bunny hop backflip, Vince Byron pull a 540 superman seat-grab and all the other Monster BMX riders go get their piece of the pie. Featuring highlights from Scotty Cranmer, Ben Wallace, Cam White, Harry Main, Kyle Baldock, Jamie Bestwick, Ryan Guettler, and Pat Casey.”

Harry Main Off Nike

August 14, 2012

Well, this just blew my mind. Harry Main is no longer riding for Nike. Harry announced it on his Facebook Fan Page a little bit ago. Why or where he’s going hasn’t been announced, but I’m sure there had to be a real good offer on the table to make this decision. Until then… Let the speculation begin.

It’s also one of the tricks that the more you do them, the easier and better they get. Nothing better than pulling a clean 360 on something.

Harry Main and Mark Webb clearly know a lot about each other, haha.
