Jacob Hope put together this new Texas Life edit of Miles Kurth putting in work at a few different parks and street spots around Allen, Plano and Dallas, Texas as well as Oklahoma City, Oklahoma over the last two months. Take a peek!
Robbie’s Birthday Bash at The Warehouse
Looks like there were some good times going down at Morgan Wade’s spot recently. Jacob Hope was there to check it all out and put together this rad video for you guys to see. Definitely worth a look.
“Big ol’ birthday session out Morgan’s warehouse in Tyler, Texas. We had a BBQ, a DJ, tons of riders, and a great time! Shout out for the sessions there, check it. Filmed by Jacob Hope and Trent Aleman.“
Crux Division Now Supporting Videographer Jacob Hope
I’ve always wondered if there would ever be a day where a filmer would get sponsored. I know there’s guys who have obviously landed jobs as being a team filmer, I mean look at Will Stroud, Chris Long and Mike Mastroni… But I’ve never heard of somebody being a sponsored filmer. The Crux Division have added Jacob Hope to their line up strictly for being a filmer. If you have seen any of his TX Life edits, you would know he’s been putting in a ton of work lately and this opportunity will definitely help him progress even more. Check out the full press release below. Stoked for you, Jacob.
“Since day one of starting Crux Division everything I envisioned for it was on a very minimal scale, I had no expectations of it being as popular as it is now especially in the short year Crux has been around. This natural progression is very exciting and motivating to explore what more we could possibly do which has brought us here. In this very serious and formal announcement please welcome our first videographer selectee Jacob Hope.
Since first meeting Jacob he had made it pretty evident that his main focus is filming and editing. Like a young eager BMX’er striving to ride like Garrett Reynolds, that same mentality applies to Jacob but he’s looking at guys like Navazio and Ennis for inspiration. Jacob wants to create good videos and is always finding ways to better himself. Hopefully we can help him refine his skills, discover new ones, and gain experience in creating a solid work ethic that will benefit him later down the road.
Jacob lives pretty close to a few of the riders and will be hooking up with them to film. Most riders will utilize Jacob by sending in footage for him to edit which will hopefully bring everyone a little closer and help with the family feel of Crux Division.
Check out Jacob’s Vimeo Page (Vimeo.com/BMXhope) to see the awesome work he has done with his scene and look below of his latest edit of the Sidewall Distro warehouse party from recent that features Crux riders Adam Lee, Matt Hildebrand and Daniel Reyes.
Excited to see some projects surface from this in the near future.“

TXLife: Jacob Hope
“This is Jacob Hope’s cut short, section in an upcoming bmx video, TXLife. Jacob is the filmer of “TXLife” and has decided to not worry about finishing his section, but focus more on the video its self and everyone else’s part in it. The reason for all of this is because of a re-torn ACL on a trip to film in Dallas. Here is what was stacked on the hard drive.
