Can’t go wrong with the quality of a RED camera! Johnny Elia got the chance to play around with one with his friend Jed and ended up making this chill, but very crispy, video for our viewing pleasure! Take a peek!

“I was lucky enough to get my hands on a RED Epic for the weekend. The sun was out and my mate Jed from Cambridge was up for heading out around town to film a few bits on his bike. Here’s what we got up too!

All shot on the Red Epic Dragon, various frame rates and resolutions, 2K to 6K. “

The Woodyard – iPhone 6 Slowmo Test

Spotted this gem over on Can You Dig It! If you were on the fence about picking up a new iPhone 6, I’d imagine that this might persuade you a bit! Johnny Elia tested out his new phone’s filming capabilities at 240 frames per second at The Woodyard and got some AMAZING results. Check out what Bob Manchester and Andrew Thompson threw down in this new video!

“Got the new iPhone 6 on Friday, upgraded from the 4s. Really wanted to see how the camera handled the 240fps slowmo feature. Pretty impressed to say the least! To able to film this all on an phone is pretty insane. The footage is compressed quite a lot and you need to film in very bright situations but saying that, not bad for a phone!

Cambridge Does California

Some of Cambridge’s finest made a trip over the pond to California where they spent 2 weeks soaking up the sun, trails, parks and good times. Take a peek at this video to see just what they got into! Looks like it was one damn good trip to me!
