If there’s one huge perk to BMX, it’s the option and freedom to ride anywhere you want in the world. Everywhere you go there are new spots, new people, new experiences just waiting for you and you have your bike to give you all the reasons in the world to hit the road. Dennis Enarson is a traveling machine with more miles logged in a year than most traveling businessmen, so we figured we would hit him up with a few questions to find out some of his favorite and least favorite parts of traveling are! “After a short spell of bad weather in the San Diego area, the Markit New Year Jam was postponed until the 3rd, but thankfully come the day the ramps were dry and a load of people showed up, including a ton of young shredders. Shout out to the Markit guys for a great day! Congrats to the winners:

Markit BMX – New Years Jam at Dennis Enarson’s

To start the year off right, the Markit crew threw a jam at Dennis Enarson’s backyard ramp setup and opened it up for riders to swing out and have a good time! Check out some highlights from the day right here!

“Rain put a hold on the jam on New Year’s Eve, but the Markit boys kicked it off yesterday afternoon. Random prizes at the end of the day and mini events beforehand to keep the people happy, it was a damn fun time with a solid mix of pros and kids just psyched to get the chance to ride Dennis’ house. Big Daddy ended up taking the overall award for the day. Cody won the 270 challenge. Nipple took the satellite challenge. And I believe it was a split between Big Daddy and someone else on the Euro. This should be a yearly event…yeah?” – Ride BMX

Tea & Biscuits 2 – UK BMX Tour

A little while back, some of the Volume, Demolition and Markit team riders got together over in the U.K for a skatepark and shop tour! This video gives you a look at the riding that went down along the way… You better believe it got wild!

“The second installment of our Tea & Biscuits UK Tour in affiliation with Elephant Distribution. Featuring riders from Volume, Demolition, and Markit US and UK. Broc Raiford, Drew Hosselton, Michael Jordan, Kris Fox, Jordan Aleppo, Vince Mayne, Rob Wise, and Steve Bancroft tear up some of England’s finest skatepark establishments and shops along the way.
