The Rowan Roast

June 30, 2023

A session to keep the good times going!

As many of you know, as you get older sometimes the sessions are a little harder to come by due to life’s responsibilities from work to family and everything. The Rowan Roast is thrown to get as many riders out for a convenient morning session. Here’s a video Profile Racing put together from the latest one that went down during a recent trip to Fayetteville.

“During the last day of a Profile Roadtrip to Fayetteville, our crew met up with Dave Long and a good amount of the NC. crew to celebrate the 3rd annual Rowan Roast.

As Dave explains, The Rowan Roast is meant to get riders to take a break from their schedules every other month, come together and have a session.

Thanks to everyone who attended, and thanks to Dave Long for hosting.

Filmed by Matt Coplon, Dan Dellorso, Mark Mulville, and Dave Long.

Profile Racing – Points of Engagement

May 7, 2023

Profile Racing dropped a new team mix to celebrate 55 years!

Here’s a rad one for you to enjoy! Profile Racing is celebrating 55 years this year, and they just released a new 30 minute team mix featuring their crew putting in work on ramps, street spots, dirt jumps, flatland and more. Profile’s team is like a massive family with so many different riders, so that makes for a mix that is a damn good watch from start to finish. Get on that play button and take it all in!

“For Profile’s 55th Anniversary, we wanted to do a mixer with our crew.
Back in November of 2022, we asked everyone to send in a couple clips that they were stoked on.
The parameters; filmed on anything as long as it was landscape and 1080P.

Expecting a ten minute mixer, it proved to be an hour and ten minutes of footage narrowed down to this final, half hour piece titled “Points of Engagement”: An homage to our decades of hub production, as well as the connection we have with each of our riders.
(Thanks to Cory Foust for the name).

We wanted to thank everyone who was able to contribute, and thank them for their continued support of what we do here in this machine shop in St. Pete, Florida.
We’re so thankful and honored to have them on board.

A huge thank you to our distros worldwide who help us support our extended family; Profile Europe (UK), Country Bikes (Germany), Timeless (Canada), Republica (Colombia), Elite (Australia), SNAP (UK), ABP (France)…

And thank you for watching…We hope this brings as much stoke to you as it did for us when putting it together.

Enjoy.

This project is dedicated to Craig Stevens.
We love and miss you, Craig… May your infectious energy live on forever.

Profile Racing – Matt Coplon Signature “Cat’s Eye” Hubs

June 27, 2022

Here’s some news we’ve been waiting for since Matt Coplon said they would be doing a limited run in his latest video bike check! Well, it’s time and his custom Profile Racing Mini Hubs with the “cat’s eye” cutouts have finally been made available in a limited production run for a few lucky riders to get! Here’s a quick video showing the hubs being made, along with a few riding clips from Matt for good measure to celebrate. Check out more details below! Act fast if you’re trying to get a pair of these!

“Three years ago, Dave Fisher, Profile’s head machinist, gifted a pair of these one-off, drilled out, Profile Mini Hubs to our long time freestyle team manager, Matt Coplon.

For the summer of 2022, we’ve decided to make a small. Ltd. Edition run of what has become Profile’s “Cat’s Eye” Hubs, available to the public.

The “Cat’s Eye” Hubs have the same internals and hardware options as our Mini Hubs.
Available in Polished only.
RHD, with a very limited number available in LHD.

In this edit, Matt walks you through the process of manufacturing, de-burring, and hand polishing each hub shell.

Filmed by Eric “Easy” Fabisiak and Dan Dellorso.
Song (with permission): “The Final Lexicon” by Regulator Watts.

Florida’s sunny weather means riding all year round, but it also means kitten season never ends, resulting in a high number of free roaming cats that need our help.
A humane way to manage the population is TNVR — Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release.

To support what Matt and his wife contribute locally to TNVR, Profile Racing will donate a portion of each hub sale to a local non-profit specializing in this service to our feline buddies.

Thanks for your continued support!” – Profile Racing
