Matt Nordstrom on Fit Bike Co. and Odyssey Pro Teams

Matt Nordstrom has been given the official bump up to the Fit Bike Co. and Odyssey pro teams! They made the announcement last night at the Odyssey 30 Year Anniversary Jam in California. Above is the Instagram post that went out after the news was released at the jam. Matt with Odyssey team manager, Walter Pieringer and Fit Bike Co. / S&M Bikes owner, Chris Moeller. We personally have been suspecting that this was going to be the next rider to get the bump up from both teams due to all the incredible riding that Matt has been putting out lately in different BMX videos for both brands and we’re positive this will just push Matt’s level of riding even higher. Get stoked. Congratulations, Matt!

Odyssey – Matt Nordstrom and Brandon Webster at Joyride 150

Anyone that has been riding BMX long enough has seen how different generations come and go and it seems like with each generation we get a whole new level of riding that we never expected to see. We’ve been seeing a number of new riders starting to really make a name for themselves lately and it’s safe to say that Matt Nordstrom is one of those guys who has really been on fire lately and really pushing BMX to new levels. After seeing him in countless videos, getting super stoked on his riding and just seeing how much traveling and crazy stuff he has going on, we knew it was time to get ahold of him to find out a little more about him! Fit Bike Co. – SF-It

Have you ever watched a BMX video that really made you feel like you’re in an older generation of riders than what’s going on right now? This video Fit Bike Co. released from the trip that their young guns Justin Spriet, Matt Nordstrom and Ethan Corriere took to San Francisco did that exact thing for us, haha. Not to say that we don’t love this video.. We’re just wondering how the hell these guys are old enough to get a rental van now, haha. It’s also clear these guys are the future of BMX as well. Either way, this BMX video is over 9 minutes of pure GOLD from the trip. It’s broken down into sections with Ethan up first, followed by Matt and then wrapped up with Justin. This is a MUST See video for sure..
