S&M Bikes have kicked off a new series. For this first round, some of the S&M family loaded up for a trip to the Ventura DIY spot to spend a day cruising. Here’s a look at what they got into!

“What happens when you throw a few generations of dudes in a van and head to Ventura, CA to session a slightly sketchy D.I.Y.? A bunch of shit-talking, that’s what.

Jason Enns, Biz Jordan, Mike “Rooftop” Escamilla, Mike Hoder, Jeff Zielinski and Aryei Levenson jumped in the van manned by our main man Stew Johnson and smack talk and good times ensued.

This one’s about as BMX as it gets… so much so we decided to start a new series -Talkin’ Shit!

“It’s that time again only today we’ve got a different bossman ushering in this episode of Factory Friday – Michael Hoder! He walks us through his new BTM XL colorways, shows us his new build and then gives us a good look at the new Max Miller sig frame!

Next, it’s some shop talk with Tom, Matt, Jason and Murph on the making of the the Mad Dog 990 frames, followed by a trip to the anodizer to watch some sprockets gets dipped… among them, UK Shredder Nathan Goring’s new signature GoRing sprocket. Nathan is at Swampfest this weekend and then off on a little USA excursion so more from him soon!

Finally, as promised – we have Rambler Seat winners! Thanks so much to everyone who entered – your raffle tickets raised some fundage for Nathan “Meanhorse” Saunders to hop an air bus from NZ to Austin in a few weeks and will put some gas in the tank for the Halahan Bros to hit the highway for the next month too. Fit Bike Co. and S&M Bikes‘ Canadian distributor Timeless BMX threw the Rock Bay BMX Jam the other weekend, so some of the crew took a trip up North to be apart of it. Here’s a highlight video from the jam! This park looks like a ton of fun to ride.
