Just earlier today the new Stranger team was announced, and already we have a team promo video! The slightly remixed Danny Brown instrumental gave it a fun, upbeat vibe and all of the guys seem like great friends. Seems like for Stranger, the second time might be the charm. I just hope they bring back their old style 4pc bars!
Tammy McCarley Edit
Here’s a fresh one from Ride BMX featuring Tammy McCarley getting some time in on some of the spots he came across recently. As always, regardless of cops not letting it always go down, he was able to come through with some real good riding making for a video that’s well worth a watch!

No Fear Proving Grounds – Stop 2: Long Beach
Miles Rogoish made his way to the Houghton Skatepark in Long Beach the other day to check out the riding that was going down during the No Fear Proving Grounds contest. Take a look at all the riding that went down from the young bucks all the way up through the old dogs. Plenty of goodness in this one.
“The Second Stop of the No Fear Proving Grounds took place this past Sunday in Long Beach at the Houghton Park. It was a perfect day with cooler than normal weather and minimal falls for the level of riding that went down. Local icons and pros were on hand to shred and show support. The park includes bowl sections with double coping spine, and vert wall on one side and a street style course on the other. The younger riders continued to impress everyone there with their over coping whips and barspins. The entire group of riders showed they knew how to pump the bowl and generate speed for some fast lines. The street side of the park had its fair share of combos going down from uprail hard 180’s to tooth hangers and a few wild park exits off a 10 foot wedge over a fence 20 or so feet away. And, of course, the 35 and older crew put on an awesome show mixing the old with the new. Cheers to everyone that came out and be sure to head over to the Proving Grounds page to get info on our third and final stop at the Krause Family Skate/Bike Park in San Diego on September 15th” – Ride BMX
Haro – Jason Watts Welcome Edit
Haro‘s newest recruit, Jason Watts, recently made a trip from Australia up to San Diego to spend some time filming for this welcome edit. Jason is all about roasting, speed and style. This video turned out damn good and well worth a watch! Hit that play button and enjoy!
“20 year old Australian Jason Watts got an invite to the US Open in Huntington Beach, C.A and stuck around for a few days to check out some parks in San Diego. This welcome To Haro video was all filmed in 24 hours. As you can see from this video Jason loves to ride bowls or as he calls it, “bowl doggin.”
Welcome to Haro Jason!

Justin Coble & Miles Rogoish Takeover San Diego
Here’s some fresh park and street goodness from Justin Coble and Miles Rogoish down in San Diego. They start the session out at OB and then make their way to a handful of real good spots where they came up with a bunch of clips for this new edit. Take a look!
“Justin Coble took a wrong turn in Tulsa, Oklahoma and ended up in San Diego for the weekend! Justin’s unique street style has some uncanny Mike Aitken inspiration both in the street and the park which is never a bad thing! Footplant 180’s, X-ups on street and a gap to Firecracker are more than enough to keep us entertained. Don’t miss a guest appearance by Miles Rogoish as well!” – Network A
San Diego Monday Mix

Through The Lens: Unseen Exposures
The one thing that it takes to be a successful photographer is to constantly be shooting. It’s the best advice that I could give anyone looking to pursue photography as more than a hobby. In fact, even if it is just a hobby I say keep shooting. The more you shoot, the more you learn and the more you grow as a photographer. I shoot for a lot of different outlets these days ranging from print to online and although I try my best to get most of my work used, there are times when some photos never find a home. I keep a folder on my laptop labeled “photos to be sold” and I try to constantly make sure that every one finds somewhere to go. For the most part, they get used for print, ads, or online features. Once in a while a few will slip through the cracks and as I said, I always try to find a place for every photo to go so that’s exactly what this feature is for.
