Mongoose Heritage Series: Greg Illingworth

The Mongoose Heritage Series continues! This time around they follow Greg Illingworth from Hastings, England to where he’s originally from, South Africa, giving us a look at riding, what he’s doing off his bike and more. Greg has been crushing it for years and has been helping push and grow BMX all along the way. This is a super good watch, so hit play and take it all in.

“Mongoose pro Greg Illingworth had a unique journey in finding his BMX career. Before his career took off, Greg had to make a difficult choice to leave his beautiful home country of South Africa to make his dream happen. In this episode, we get to follow Greg around his current residence of Hastings, UK, and also get a glimpse of what it was like to grow up in South Africa and go back there to ride. Mongoose – Day In The Life of Nikita Ducarroz

Mongoose caught up with Nikita Ducarroz to follow her for a Day In The Life. Nikita made the move to North Carolina to spend her days training, and it looks like it was a full day of riding and training. Hit play to see what she gets into!

“After staying out in Holly Springs, North Carolina at the start of 2020, Nikita decided to make the move and become a permanent resident. “I just really loved the vibe, the park, and the routine here at Daniel Dher’s park, and with Olympics coming up (now moved to 2021) I thought it would be a great opportunity to step up my riding even more and learn from everyone out here”. Along with Daniel Wedemeijer as her coach for Tokyo, Nikita now lives and trains with a small group of Olympic-bound riders who all have a common goal. Mongoose dropped a new Heritage Series video! This time around we get some insight on Pat Casey‘s life from riding and traveling to his family life and more. This one takes us from Hastings, England to his backyard ramps in California and more with plenty of dialed riding and fun mixed in from start to finish. Take a peek!

This time around we get a look into Ben Wallace‘s life living here in the U.S with his wife and daughter, the battle with getting Visas sorted out so they can make the permanent move to California. This takes a tour of the camper they’re living in, along with a look at some riding footage from the backyard ramps, skateparks and the X Games this past summer, his workouts and more. 2019 Mongoose Am Jam – Premises Park

These Mongoose Jam contests always look like a ton of fun and bring out so many riders. Here’s a look at the Mongoose Jam that went down at the Premises Skatepark out in Arizona recently. This gives us a look at all the action from the young guns just getting into BMX to the older shredders that definitely are on some of your radars already!
