Inside the Man Van with Zak Earley

June 6, 2013

If you’re looking to spend some time traveling with no real responsibilities, this has got to be one of the best ways possible. Check out how Zak Earley is getting around these days in his home / van that he drove cross country with. This thing has it all!

“Zak Earley is a man of many talents. Motocross, surfing and BMX of course! Zak packed all of his passions into one windowless van and decided to drive across the country from Maine to California living the van life. Everyday became a new adventure, waking up with a BMX bike in his face and the smell of motor oil on the ground. Take a look inside Zak’s van of toys and find out which CD’s he stole from his mom for the long drive out from the east coast!” – Network A

Behind The Scenes of The Deadline Crew

May 30, 2013

I’m watching this video that Network A just dropped featuring the Deadline crew and all I can think about is the first line in the description. Did I miss something? Does an intern need to get slapped? What is happening? Somebody fill me in because I couldn’t focus on the video because I spent the whole time Googling this.

Edit: Although this is hands down one of the most butchered descriptions of a video… The riding is awesome. Just watch it and try not to lose your mind over the words.

“After four years in the making, “The Deadline” finally dropped in the Fall of 2012 . If you’re still thirsty for some more action check out these behind the scenes clips from heavy hitters Sean Ricany, Miles Rogoish, Steve Coreau, Dan Lacey, JJ Pamere, Aaron Brenner, Kevin Kiraly, Garrett Reynolds, Tyler Morrow, Shelby Miller and Bruno Hoffman shot by Crooked World. Its sure to hold you over until their next edit.“

Getting Awesome: Double Dirt Session with Ryan Nyquist

May 21, 2013

Ryan Nyquist meets up with Gary Young, Corey Bohan, Heath Pinter, Anthony Napolitan, Big Daddy, Mike “Hucker” Clark, TJ Ellis, Luke Parslow, Cory Nastazio and more for two full sessions at the trails behind Heath Pinter and Stephen Murray’s houses. This is a hell of a good day!

“Ryan Nyquist touches down in southern California for a epic day of dirt trail riding with the boys! Kicking things off in Heath Pinter’s backyard, Ryan’s excited to hit a spot he’s seen plenty of footage from but hadn’t yet had a chance to ride. Cruising through the morning everyone has a good time before breaking for lunch. Ryan packs up and continues on to Stephen Murray’s house. Stephen has created a BMX dirt playground in his backyard with plenty of lines and an insane off the balcany to mega dirt jump set up! Ryan rides hard, stomps a few tricks and even takes a few slams. If you’re not limping a bit after a day like this you we’re trying hard enough!” – Network A

Chris Doyle – 3 For 3

May 9, 2013

It’s always a good day when some Chris Doyle footage pops up. Crooked World caught up with Chris to check out 3 different 3 variations that he’s stoked on. Take a peek! It’s well worth a look!

“Professional BMX rider Chris Doyle describes three of his favorite 360 variations catagorized by fun, new and scary! Best known for his 360’s it’s no doubt each of these tricks are worth a second look. Starting off Chris explains his 360 Turndown which is possibly one of the best in the game! Next up the 360 X-Up Truck Driver and Chris closes with the 360 Tailwhip keeping his nerves in check!” – Network A

Park Life with Kevin Kiraly & Justin Burns

May 2, 2013

Damn this is good! Check out Kevin Kiraly and Justin Burns laying down some real good riding at a couple different cement parks for this new Crooked World edit. You don’t want to miss this!

“Kevin Kiraly takes you on a trip through a grip of banging plaza’s in NorCal! Follow Kevin for the week while partner in crime, Justin Burns, takes on both sides of the lens and comes in hot with switch moves all over these rail set-ups!” – Network A

Getting Awesome: How To Do Nothing With Ryan Nyquist & Allan Cooke

May 1, 2013

Learn how to do absolutely nothing this week in this new episode of Getting Awesome… Or learn how to rip those feet and hands off like a champ. All I want to know is why we can’t get more footage of Allan Cooke these days? Dude still kills it!

“Professional BMX’ers Ryan Nyquist and Allan Cooke teach you how to do nothing and still get awesome! Nothing’s require you to remove both your hands and feet from the bike at the same time. Allan discovered that the trick is to take your feet off first and then let go of the bars. When you get those down try a few variations like Ryan’s Nothing to Barspin!” – Network A
