“The new video/jam format for the Nike 6.0 BMX Pro is set to produce an incredible summer event, and the five team captains are making sure that their rosters are stacked. Each team captain was chosen for their ability to rip both street and transitions, and their teammates are some of the best riders in BMX. The official captains for the Nike 6.0 BMX Pro are as follows:
Captain 1: Garrett Reynolds (US)
Captain 2: Dennis Enarson (US)
Captain 3: Brian Kachinsky (US)
Captain 4: Drew Bezanson (CAN)
Captain 5: Jason Phelan (UK)” – Nike 6.0

Chad Kerley @ Clairemont Edit – More BMX Videos
I had heard rumors that Nike was planning on adding another rider to their pro team, but I started to think it was just a rumor when the news about them changing up directions a little bit. However, that isn’t the case at all. Chad Kerley has been put on the pro team after getting hooked up by them for a while now. Above is a re-up of his recent edit that came out not too long ago for any of you wondering why he’s on the pro team.
Nike HB BMX Pro – New Format For 2011
“NIKE 6.0 BMX PRO ANNOUNCES NEW FORMAT
Teams Including Filmers Will Take The Contest Format To A New Level
“For 2011, Nike 6.0 completely changed the format for its annual BMX Pro in Huntington Beach. This year combines street and ramps in a weeklong team event featuring live jam sessions with three-minute video parts to truly put the riders and course to the test.
Five three-man teams will compete on the course’s mixed rails, ledges, and transitions, allowing the most progressive riders to shine. The teams will ride the course Monday through Friday, and the team filmer will capture the action to create the best video part possible. “Video parts, for me, are more fun to film,” added Nike 6.0’s Garrett Reynolds. “When you’re filming a video part, it shows the will of a rider.”
Then on the finals weekend, the teams will compete in two live jam sessions. The jam sessions combined with the points they earn from their video part will determine which team takes the title BMX Pro title.
“The format and course for Huntington Beach are awesome,” said Nike 6.0’s Dennis Enarson. “I couldn’t think of a better way to have a contest.”
Nike is excited to bring the new format to BMX adding yet another dimension to the already progressive nature of the sport.

Changes to the Nike Program
I don’t want to say that I saw this coming, but I kind of did. I noticed that lately Nike had been using just “Nike” for things like “The Pool” contest and this new “Chosen” video contest and never mentioning the “Nike 6.0” brand they have been using for the action sports program in the past.
“Going forward, instead of focusing on a wide range of action sports – the Nike 6.0 strategy – the company will target and invest the most in skate, surf and snowboarding, though Nike says it will still support the other sports under the 6.0 umbrella, such as wakeboarding, moto, BMX and skiing.”
This quote is according to The Come Up who stumbled across this news on a Surf website that for some reason charges money to read its articles.. But none the less, Adam got a quote out of it some how..
The details aren’t 100% clear, but we’ll see where things go in the future.

The second episode finds us in Basingstoke, UK, where “B’Stoked” fills us in on where their split-screen idea came from, how this crew came together, and how they pulled off their banger tricks for the video. We hope you like it.

Here’s what went down at week 4 from the Nike Pool. It didn’t say who made it, but I’m going to assume Peter Adam since he’s done the last 3.
