I know, I know… This isn’t BMX… But, seriously!? Nitro Circus dropped this new video of Josh Sheehan pulling the first TRIPLE backflip on a dirt bike and it’s insane. We all know motorcross guys have been stealing BMX tricks for years, but it looks like they’re really stepping the game up with this. This is impressive as hell and one you have to see.
Nitro Circus – World First BMX Double Grab Front Flip
The Nitro Circus crew are always throwing down some pretty crazy riding and it looks like they have pulled off another first. Ryan Williams (Yeah, the scooter rider) pulled off a Cannonball Front Flip (or Double seat grab superman front flip maybe?) during a show recently. What do you guys think? Pretty crazy? Let us know what you think in the comments.

Brandon Loupos – Tailwhip Cash Roll

Pastranaland – Travis Has Lost His Mind
Things at Travis Pastrana’s house have been known to be pretty wild… The Nitro Circus crew recently had Nate Wessel and his crew build a 20 foot tall kicker for James Foster, Steve McCann, Chad Kagy and a few others to launch themselves off of. Check out highlights from that along with another ramp setup that Travis does a front flip on his motorcycle with…. Wow.
“Trav gets his friends (and a sheriff with a radar gun) out to test the biggest ramps ever conceived and constructed at Pastranaland. Featuring Tyler Roberts, James Foster, Steve Mccann and Jolene Van Vugt.

“TRAVIS PASTRANA’S NITRO CIRCUS LIVE
CONCLUDES FIRST EVER NORTH AMERICAN TOUR
SOLD OUT ANAHEIM SHOW MARKS 100th WORLDWIDE PERFORMANCE
Anaheim, CA – January 27, 2014 – Nitro Circus Live, the global touring phenomenon featuring 40 of the world’s best action sports athletes, wrapped its first North American tour by celebrating the 100th global show Sunday night at Anaheim’s Honda Center. Fourteen semi-trucks hauled 800,000 tons of equipment and 11 tour buses traveled nearly 6,000 miles to bring the world’s largest live touring act of 150 cast and crew to 13 cities across north America. Over 160,000 fans turned out to witness the global action sports spectacle, with sold out shows in Boston, New York, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Anaheim.
Nitro Circus founder and 17-time X Games medalist, Travis Pastrana says, “After perfecting the show for years while traveling the world, we were so thrilled to be able to bring Nitro Circus back home to the USA where it all began.” Originally a small DVD series filmed in Pastrana’s Maryland backyard, Nitro Circus grew into a successful MTV show with over 46 million U.S. viewers and broadcast in 60 countries worldwide. Pastrana then launched Nitro Circus Live; the massive production has captured the imagination of fans worldwide with a string of sell-out shows and record-breaking crowds across Europe, Australia, New Zealand and now North America.
“Fans are blown away by the spectacular pyrotechnics (over 1,150 pounds of explosives were used during the North American tour), detailed choreography including the ‘Nitro Bomb’ with 18 riders back-flipping in the air simultaneously, hosts of crazy contraptions hurled down the famous 50-foot-high Gigant-A-Ramp and endless twists and surprises we bring to every city,” says Pastrana.
“One hundred shows later, we’re as eager as ever to get back on the road and visit new cities, break more records, perform new tricks and entertain Nitro Circus fans worldwide,” said Nitro Circus Live Promoter, Mike Porra.
The Nitro Circus Live crew will take a short break before embarking on their first tour of South Africa in February, followed by an Australian tour in May. Details for a 2015 tour of North America will be announced soon.“
Ryan Williams and the Front Flip Forward Bike Flip
Here’s a wild one… The scooter guy on the Nitro Circus Live tour, Ryan Williams, decided he wanted to take a scooter trick to a bike and it looks like he had no problems pulling a front flip forward bike flip! Check out this clip to see it!
“Over the past few years, Ryan Williams has changed the way the Nitro Crew, and action sports fans in general, think about scooter riders.
Throwing down almost a dozen different world firsts including the Silly Willy, laid out double frontflips, front flip scooter flips, and a whole bunch more, R-Willy has proven to be one of the most talented action sports athletes on the planet, as well as the world’s best scooter rider.
However, scooters aren’t all he rides. He’s also an extremely skilled BMXer, hucking down tricks that most people wouldn’t even dream of throwing off the 50-foot high Nitro Gigant-A-Ramp.
On our recent European Tour – Willy threw down his first BMX world first – a front flip, forward bike flip. Check out the ridiculous vision!
