Odyssey – Clutch Freecoaster Resistance Mechanism

Odyssey‘s own George French sits down to explain how the resistance mechanism on the Clutch Freecoaster works and how, and why, it’s different than the traditional version that is found on freecoasters using the KHE system. Pretty informative, so hit play and take it all in!

A new, super-strong axle, bearing configuration, and drag mechanism design stops the need for constant repairs. Product: Odyssey – R25 Fork

Is it time for a new BMX Fork? Maybe it would be a good time to take a closer look at the R25 fork from Odyssey. This fork is made from 41-Thermal heat-treated chromoly with a 166mm long one-piece steerer tube with an integrated bearing race, butted, tapered and D-shaped legs to increase strength while offering plenty of peg and 2.40″ tire clearance, 4mm thick 3/8″ drop outs with a 25mm offset and a 7075-T6 alloy compression cap to keep everything tight.

The R-Series fork is also available with a 32mm offset as well for those of you who are looking for a less aggressive and agile fork.

Empire BMX – Aaron Ross Bike Build

Empire hit us with a link to a new video they dropped featuring Aaron Ross putting together his latest signature Sunday Bikes Motoross frame decked out with Sunday and Odyssey parts! Aaron gives us a little insight into how he likes to put his bikes together as well. I bet you didn’t know Tri-Flow is good for putting grips on. All in all, it looks like a shiny new BMX bike to us that’s ready to be put to heavy use. Did you catch Aaron’s “30.15” section that was dropped online last week?

Odyssey – Matt Nordstrom ” 30•15″ Section

Odyssey have uploaded Matt Nordstrom‘s section from the 30.15 video online for your viewing pleasure. Turns out, the song used in Matt’s section was what kept the full video off of Youtube, so they decided to strip the music out for this one. If you want to hear it with music, go watch the full video right here (17:37 mark). Either way, this was the final section of the BMX video and it was well deserved. Matt got the bump up to the Odyssey pro team the night they premiered the video and it’s clear to see why! Hit play and enjoy!
