The serious level got turned way up for this new S&M Bikes edit featuring Paul Chamberlain! Take a peek… And by serious, I mean super cereal.

“Paul Chamberlain is a character, with humour as dry as a box of cornflakes. We tried to film a normal edit, really, but it didn’t work out. His brother Carlos was on a visit from the UK, new to BMX Paul took Carlos under his sarcastic wing to show him the ropes at Sydney’s Dulwich Hill Skatepark. The following video was filmed in a single afternoon at the park, but that’s how Paul rolls, on a busted old basketball court pouring sarcasm in a true Southend manner.

You know it’s always going to be a good watch when Effraim at Flat Matters suggests a video to check out. This time around we’ve got one from S&M‘s Paul Chamberlain that you’re going to want to check out for sure regardless if these are what he calls “Scraps”.

“Paul Chamberlain, S&M Intrikat rider, makes a collection of BMX and Flatland clips into a half-baked production. All clips shot in Sydney at various locations apart from the trails which are Gorge Rd in NZ. The song is The Midnight Special by Leadbelly.”

I really wish I could say this was too soon…. Part of me wants to believe this edit was on hold until she passed away though.

“Paul Chamberlain S&M Intrikat rider makes a BMX tribute to Whitney Houston who died today in currently unknown circumstances at the age of 48. I was inspired by Ammon Chesworth and Lust Fang to use this song. It means a lot to me as it brings back a lot of memories of growing up rollerskating. All filmed in Australia. Mostly in Sydney. A mix of me riding flatland and street. This is how I roll. Featuring Mick Bayzand, Shaun Jarvis, Billy Brooks and my wife Jen Allison.”
