Crazy Trampoline BMX Game

May 2, 2017

Scotty Cranmer coming through with another video for your viewing pleasure. This time around the crew put the new trampoline to good use in a Game of B-M-X. As expected, things get heated and the tricks get pretty wild. Take a peek and see what went down!

“After waiting two weeks since we built the trampoline big boy finally got his wish! The crew came over and we played a game of bike/BMX and there were a few newcomers! The game was competitive and all the guys tried their best to land some crazy tricks! Cory the defending champion, did a backflip on the trampoline and a few of the guys tried it for the first time and crashed! But at the end of the game we had a new champion or “Trampion” we call it! After the game we all went down to the lake behind my parents house and got in the paddle boats and cruised around in the lake. I knew that someone was going to end up falling in the lake…” – Scotty Cranmer

Scotty Cranmer – Kitchen Skatepark Contest – Day 2

April 26, 2017

Yesterday Scotty Cranmer dropped a video from the Day One of the Kitchen Skatepark Contest, now today we get a look at Day 2 from the Expert and Pro contests… And Big Boy‘s Spinal spree. This is 25 minutes long, but there’s some dialed riding and plenty of laughs mixed into this, a few tear jerker moments from the support the riders showed for Scotty and his recovery. Take a look!

“Day two of our trip to Indiana where my friend Brett Banaseiwicz who’s holding the sixth annual pro/am BMX Contest for his skate park the kitchen! Day one was amazing we all had so much fun meeting and hanging out with so many amazing people and the bike riding was insane! But day 2 is the final day of competition where the expert finals, girls, and prose get to ride. We started out the day with the big boy getting on his bike for the first time this weekend and he decided to come out swinging trying an insane front flip out of this big bank. Big boy crash so hard on his butt and he shook the whole skate park and woke everyone up! After that big boy did a flair challenge for maddog on a sketchy ramp! After that the contest started and we watch some amazing BMX riding and I was the judge. The experts rode the course, then the girls rode, then they held a jam on the street course for our fallen friend Glenn Salyers which was so awesome! After that the pros got their turn to ride and we saw some absolutely amazing bike riding with so many jaw dropping tricks! Then the big boy snuck on the course to try a trick that he was eyeing up all weekend a front flip up the step up! Big boy tried three times and he crashed so hard leading to the new rule no front flips on Sundays! At the end of the day they announced the winners and everyone gathered around to congratulate them! At this time is when the amazing people of the kitchen skatepark presented me with donations that they raised to help with my recovery including every rider and the spectators also handing me donations and I was in shock. I couldn’t believe the kindness of everyone at this competition. I never would’ve thought that so many people would come together to help me out. I never felt away the people of the kitchen skate park made me feel ever before. I felt like I was living out a part of a movie, it was indescribable but it was truly amazing. It was one of the best days of my life. Thank you everyone.”

Scotty Cranmer – Kitchen Skatepark Contest

April 25, 2017

This past weekend Scotty Cranmer, Matty Cranmer and Big Boy took a trip out to South Bend, Indiana for The Kitchen Skatepark Contest that Brett Banasiewicz threw to help raise money for Scotty. Here’s a look at what the guys got into, along with highlights from the contest!

“We can check off another road trip down in the books. My little brother Matty, Big Boy and myself drove 12 hours down to South Bend Indiana to head out to the kitchen skatepark for a crazy BMX contest. Big Boy drove thru the night and to my surprise we survived. Today is day one of the contest, and we have beginner, intermediate, expert, and pro. Expert finals, Girls finals, and pro finals are tomorrow. We had a one shot contest, and Big Boy might have lost the champion title. Brett came top with a new flair challenge. I ate some pasta for a sick clip, and got completely soaked by a water bottle. We had so much fun and this is what BMX riding is all about.” – Scotty Cranmer

Scotty Cranmer – 900 for the 900K Challenge

April 24, 2017

We can’t imagine you’re too surprised to hear that Scotty Cranmer‘s Youtube channel has rolled over 900,000 subscribers, but today is the day! To celebrate, they brought in some help to pull off the 900K Challenge with a 900… Since Big Boy couldn’t make it happen. Luckily they were able to bring in Jared Heitzman to get the job done! Check out what went down!

“The channel has finally made it to 900,000 SUBSCRIBERS! And just like we do with every milestone we did a challenge video and this time the the big boy has an idea for trick. We all met up at the skate park and big boy was ready to go he wanted to go all out and push the limits on this one he said there is only 1 trick that could be done for 900K and that trick is the 900!! I couldn’t believe that big boy called a 900 out! I thought he was joking and before I can get him to pick another trick he was already on his way to the foam pit! He got on his bike and tried his best but he failed miserably and that’s when I knew we were going to have a long night ahead of us. But when he got out of the foam pit he immediately got on his bike to go try it on the resi ramp I begged him not to try it but in typical big boy fashion he sent himself and crashed pretty hard! At this point I decided the only way to stop him was to put the camera away. Then we started to think of a different trick to do and then big boy ran out of the skate park to rush back in like two minutes later claiming that he made a phone call and that in 30 minutes the 900 was going to be done! We were so confused by what he was saying he wouldn’t give us an answer he just told us to wait 30 minutes and we would find out! He then ran to the front of the skate park and got dodge balls out to have a dodgeball games to pass time! I couldn’t believe that for 900K we were playing dodgeball. But after 30 minutes big boy had a special guest come into the skate park and to our surprise it was our friend Jared and yes he’s fully capable of 900’s and told us that he was going to do the challenge! So crazy! Jared got on his bike got warmed up doing a lot of amazing tricks that only he can do and we were having an awesome time! then Jared decided it was time to attempt the 900 challenge. He tried the trick and crashed but he kept on getting up like a champion and trying again and again and eventually Jared blue everybody’s mind by landing the 900 and completing the 900,000 subscriber challenge! This subscriber milestone was a big one for us we are that much closer to getting to 1 million subscribers and we owe it all to everyone watching our videos every day and motivating and inspiring and myself and the rest of the crew to keep on pushing the limits of BMX! Thank you all for the support and let’s get the countdown to 1 million subscribers going!” – Scotty Cranmer

Teaching Big Boy How To Superman Seat Grab

April 22, 2017

It’s time for Big Boy to learn a new trick. This time around they decided he should learn Superman Seat Grabs! Although the coaching staff doesn’t have the best experience with the trick, except for Scotty, there was plenty of advice to help him get it done. Hit that play button to see how it all panned out and if he rolled away with this one added to his bag of tricks or not!

“On this channel we have managed to teach Big Boy many tricks, some that he thought that he could never do. He is a head case and his biggest enemy, but he know if we think he can do something than chances are he can probably do it. So he always gives it ago. Today we taught him on of my favorite tricks in BMX which is a superman. We took him through the steps of how to superman. It started out really ruff but ended off amazing. We had all the boys there giving him pointers even though I was the only one to ever successfully do super man it was still awesome to see them all there supporting there friend to learn a new trick. Thats what BMX riding is all about.” – Scotty Cranmer

Scotty Cranmer – BMX Hurdles 2

April 20, 2017

Scotty Cranmer decided to get the guys out for a little race to see who could make it through the hurdles the fastest once again. Here’s a video from the 2nd BMX hurdles race challenge that lead to so impressive times and tight competition. Check out what went down and who took the win!

“Finally got around to doing the BMX hurdle race 2! The first race came down to the wire and I ended up winning against my little brother Matty but today I’m injured and Matty is injured and we also have a couple new competitors! The race started with individual time trials to figure out the seating of the head to head events and that’s when things got crazy! Today’s course featured six hurdles on each track which is a lot of bunnyhopping. Your arms get tired and your legs turn into jello and you are shoulder to shoulder with your competitor trying to get to the finish line first! We had a couple crashes and a couple near misses but we had a few amazing races which led to an epic finish! today was fun!” – Scotty Cranmer

Scotty Cranmer Progress Update: Back To Driving

April 17, 2017

Any of you who have been following Scotty Cranmer‘s progress update should be stoked on this one, especially if you’re also a fan of the car stuff he has been doing with the channel. Here’s a video from a “drivers test” that Big Boy setup for Scotty to do in his GT-R that has been just waiting for him to be able to get back behind the wheel since his accident. It’s pretty awesome seeing Scotty be able to drive again since other than BMX, that is his big thing. So, if you want to see him take the test, get on that play button!

“It’s been six months since I had my accident that changed my life. The day before my accident I brought this to GT-R home from the dealership and I haven’t driven it since! But today Big Boy has an idea to challenge me to drive my Nissan GT-R behind my bike shop on a driving course set up to test my motor skills with obstacles! I have to stay in between the lines while avoiding an orca whale, a tweaker, park in a parking space forwards and backwards, and end with a parallel park job next to a concrete wall! I was terrified but I was also so excited to give it a try! There were a couple close calls but I managed to make it through the course without an insurance claim! Just another step closer to getting back to a normal life!”

The Bicycle Skateboard Flair

April 15, 2017

Yesterday we got a look at the Bicycle Skateboard that Big Boy cooked up. If you caught the video, you would have heard Big Boy call out a flair on this BMX bike with a skateboard for wheels. This video starts out with a few of the guys seeing what the setup can take. After a little session, we see if this thing can go upside down! Take a peek!

“So we built the bicycle skateboard and we managed to do a few flat ground tricks on it. At the end of the first video, Big Boy said that he wanted to take it to my skatepark and he called himself out on trying a flair on one of the ramps! So we got the crew together and met up at the skatepark and all the guys took their turns on trying their tricks. They managed to grind on it, do wall rides, and Big Boy even managed to break it! But after the session was over, Big Boy had one last trick to try. So we all followed him to his favorite ramp and watched him figure out his approach, but in true Big Boy fashion, he tried it without any practice and he crashed his first attempt. He got up with the fire in his eyes and he managed to successfully flair on the bicycle skateboard! We had so much fun riding it and plan on taking it all over to other skateparks.” – Scotty Cranmer
