Big Boy Tailwhips Again

Scotty Cranmer has been keeping things in line since he’s been back home. This time around Scotty, Matty Cranmer and Big Boy made a trip to a skatepark in Pennsylvania for a session. Scotty calls out a bunch of tricks for both of these guys and they went to work… I mean, Big Boy even threw a few tailwhips into the mix. Check out what went down!

“Finally a somewhat nice day has come in what has been a very cold February winter. Matty, BIG BOY and I went to a random skatepark by my cousins work for an awesome session. We rolled up there and it was a skatepark full of skateboarders, but they were absolutely awesome and they had no issue with us getting a session in with them. Matty and BIG BOY did a lot on some ramps that they thought were going to be to small to ride Matty made BIG BOY learn how to do a bunch of new tricks like a whip over the bank to bank box. I called BIG BOY out on a bunch of tricks and as usual he gets completely broke off in some way and takes a crazy crash. I can’t tell you how awesome it is to be back and going around to skatepark to skatepark with these boys. Thanks for watching.”

We’re not quite sure how they keep coming up with all of these BMX Games to play, but it’s safe to say Scotty Cranmer and the rest of the crew are always coming up with something unique and fun to try out. This time around they play a little “BMX Trick Combo Challenge” that

“we are back at my skate park and this time the crew is playing a new game! The BMX trick combo challenge! This is a team game where each rider has to add a trick to their jump on the step up things got interesting straight away! This involves a lot of strategy and coordination while in the air! So many laughs and awesome moments hang with the crew doesn’t get any better than this!”

How To / How NOT To Change A Flat

Who better to teach you how to change a flat BMX tube than Brooklyn?

Scotty Cranmer coming through with a new video for you guys to check out. This time around he decided to put professional bike mechanic Brooklyn up against Big Boy to see how to Change a Flat BMX tube and how NOT to change a flat BMX tube. This video takes a look at both guys techniques on how to get the job done so you can get back to riding. Take a peek!

“When riding BMX learning to work on your bike is an absolute must so today we decided to do a video on fixing a flat tire something that happens all the time in the BMX world. For this video we decided to go two different ways we have BK a mechanic at my bike shop show you guys how a professional change the flat tire and we also have big boy who is not by any means a professional mechanic show you how he changes the flat tire! We figured that this way we can show you all what to do and what not to do when changing your flat tire! BK can change a flat in world record time big boy on the other hand Big Boy can manage to get a flat in world record time! In this video the guys take their own tools and show you exactly what they use them for and in big boy’s case even the Oreos and the helmet!”

Mandem Tandem BMX Trick Challenge

It’s been awesome seeing Scotty Cranmer getting back into the mix with the Youtube channel. It looks like he cooked up a new game for the guys to play that involved two dudes on a Gold Bike together trying to do tricks. If that sounds a little weird, you’ll definitely want to check this out to see exactly what’s going on!

“The idea of this game is to put to bmx riders on one bike. It is as crazy as to sounds. We had 3 teams of two and each team got 3 attempts on the ghetto gold bike to create a tandem bmx trick. We all came into this with high expectations of laying down some crazy tricks, instead we got some really weird outcomes that still managed to be insane. Lets just say, there was speed, no footers, spinals, shoulder riding, falling, crashing, and pretty much anything that could have gone wrong did, but we had an amazing time doing it.”

Scotty Cranmer Heads Home

Here’s some excellent news for those of you that have been following Scotty Cranmer‘s progress since his crash back in October! Scotty has been released from the Rehabilitation Facility about a 3 weeks earlier than expected due to the amount of progress he has been making! Here’s a video wrapping up his final day at the facility and more, then he gets to go home for the first time in months.

“You read the title right, Scotty has been released from the rehab center and is coming home. We finished out the dad bod challenge and announced the winner as well. The amount of weight each dad lost in such a short period of time is absolutely insane and mind blowing. Huge congrats to both BIG SCOTT and SHAWN you guys killed it. Scotty has been putting in tons of work together out of the wheel chair and when he leaves the rehab center he shows you just how far he has come. The day Scotty crashed, after that all I could think about was the crash it just kept replaying in my mind. His surprise completely whips that bad memory away and has created a new one.”

Scotty Cranmer’s Attic Obstacle Course

It looks like Scotty Cranmer is back in charge of the obstacle courses! Here’s his first obstacle course since his injury that he had setup for Trey Jones, Big Boy and Matty Cranmer to do in the attic of his parents garage. As always, Scotty came up with crazy setups for these guys to try and navigate through. Check out what went down and who was crowned the winner.

“This is Scotty’s first video back with us riding since his accident in LAS VEGAS! He nearly had a heart attack when we whipped the DRONE out. But he decided to go big for his first riding video back. He came up with the idea to set up a crazy obstacle course video! We went into the upper level of the garage where we held the hover board championship and created an insane and technical course. It involves crazy rail rides, bunny hop gaps, car parts, fakie challenges, slip and slide tarps, and small amounts of space! Then I came up with the idea to get us out of the garage a bit by jumping from the top of the garage railing on to the trampoline. Worst idea I had ever had. I hope you guys enjoy this one.”

Visiting Scotty Cranmer

We’re always really excited to see the progress that Scotty Cranmer has made since his spinal cord injury! After a trip down to Florida, Big Boy made a trip to visit Scotty to see what kind of progress he has made over the course of the past week or so! This one starts out with a walk with Scotty, then we get a look at a few gifts he received and then a look at a few more of the physical therapy things that he has been working on to get his muscle and body control back. Check it out!

“The Florida trip was fun while lasted but as we all know at some point the fun has to stop! But on the Scotty Cranmer channel that’s not an option finally arrive back in NJ and I went to go visit Scotty. I hung out with them all day at the rehab center we had an absolutely awesome time. He let you guys in on some of these new progress shows you what is going to be doing in the future and talks about his time at the rehab center. The amount of progress that he has made is unbelievable me being there the day that he crashed and see him now it almost brings tears to my eyes. I remember when I was at the hospital the night that he crashed the doctor look me in the eyes and said your friend will never walk again with confidence. And to see him take steps in a walker on his own makes you want to go back to the doctor said I told you so, because when he said that I said Sir I promise you my friend will walk again. If you’re ever having a bad day just remember if you just think like Scotty you can get motivated to do anything you want in life that is when the new life lessons that I’ve learned. Scotty Cranmer WALKS!

Here’s one we had a feeling we would be seeing sooner than later after a few of the recent Scotty Cranmer updates. To celebrate his 30th Birthday, his family threw a party at the rehab facility, and Scotty decided to surprise everyone with a look at his latest progress, which is being able to WALK with a walker! So stoked to see the progress Scotty has made since his crash! It’s only a matter of time before he’s back to riding, right?

“It’s Scotty’s B DAY, and we packed a little over 22 people into the rehab center and it was an awesome time. Towards the end Scotty shows us his awesome surprise. Every single day he is becoming a little less paralyzed. I don’t even see him as being paralyzed anymore because of how much progress he has made. Me being there since the day of the crash and Witnessing it, it makes me so happy to see how far he has come in such a short period of time.
