This collaboration thing at Agenda is definitely a cool concept. Did anyone else notice the amount of Animal stuff is made in the U.S now? Pretty cool.
“Towards the end of last week, the Agenda Tradeshow descended on Long Beach, Calif., and this year, things went a little different than usual, with BMX being introduced into the fold. To get things started, Agenda invited four brands and asked them to introduce new collaborative efforts. Cult teamed up with Vans, Shadow/Subrosa teamed up with Rebel 8, SE went with Starter and issued a 29″ PK Ripper, and Animal’s Tom Grunwald (who forgot his name when introducing himself) walked us through the custom 10Deep/Animal/Skavenger build.
Right now, I am wearing a pair of jeans from Target and a Russian Circles t-shirt, so the above video might as well be a different language, but it is unique to see BMX influence subtly make its way into non-BMX areas. Video by former Standard Byke Co. team rider Aaron “Mowser” Nardi.” – ESPN

BMX definitely lost a great one…
“After a long hard fight Mr. B lost his battle with cancer yesterday evening. Some of you may not know but Mr. B was Ronnie B’s father and a main part in many brands from UGP, to The Shadow Conspiracy and of course Subrosa. UGP was created in Mr. B’s garage, and since then he has worked full-time with Ronnie. He was such an important role in creating all the brands and Sparkys Distribution. Words can’t describe what a great man he was and how important he has been for me, Subrosa would not be here today without his support. Thank you Mr.B Rest in Peace.” – Ryan Sher

I don’t know what this Agenda trade show is all about, but I do know the The Shadow Conspiracy teamed up with Rebel 8 to do a sick collaboration bike. Take a closer look at the bike and what went into putting it together here.
The Shadow Conspiracy went through all their hard drives with clips from the past years adventures and compiled 3 minutes of the best clips for you to enjoy. I can only imagine how hard of a task this was for Chadwick, so make sure you watch it.
“2011 was a crazy year for us here at Shadow. With so many trips and a ton good edits, there was an overwhelming number of clips to pick from. These are just a few of my personal favorites. A special shout out goes to our fallen friend, Rickey Bates, this one is for you! We hope you enjoy!
