Auction: Camo S&M BTM Frame for Wounded Warriors of Canada

We posted up a sneak peek of this frame last week, but today is the official launch of the AUCTION for a one off 20.75″ S&M BTM frame in camo. This was a frame that accidentally was painted this color and Transition BMX got their hands on it. Instead of selling it, they’re auctioning it off with 100% of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warriors of Canada foundation! “For auction is a one-of-a-kind S&M BTM 20.75″ frame, that was accidentally painted in CCR Camo at the S&M factory. It is the only BTM frame that is currently available in this colour.

This made in the USA frame is one of the most popular BMX frames out there thanks to its responsive geometry, strength and light weight. It is made in the USA and comes with a limited Lifetime Warranty from S&M.

We are auctioning off this frame in support of Wounded Warriors Canada (woundedwarriors.ca) who will receive 100% of auction proceeds. Wounded Warriors Canada is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 that helps Canadian Forces members – be they full time or reservists – who have been wounded or injured in their service to Canada.

Sneak Peek: Camo S&M BTM Charity Frame

This is awesome. The guys at Transition BMX Shop up in Edmonton, Canada got their hands on a one off, accidentally painted camo 20.75″ BTM frame from S&M Bikes. Instead of taking advantage of this rare occasion for their own profit, they have decided to auction it off for a good cause and donate everything to the Wounded Warriors of Canada. The auction will start September 1st on Ebay at $1 and run for 7 days. We will be dropping a link Monday as soon as it goes live, so make sure you keep an eye out for this!

S&M – Joe Simpson Edit

After what sounds like an absolute shit storm trying to make this video happen, S&M Bikes connect in New Zealand has a new edit jam packed with park and trails gold for you to enjoy! Take a look!

“After riding for S&M / Triple Six NZ for 18 months, this edit is well overdue. Lost memory cards, filmers and editors going AWOL, New Zealand just getting internet last week and my lack of assertiveness to ask to be filmed, we finally have something to show you.

Shot mainly in NZ, along with a trip to England and France for Kill The Line last year.

Huge thanks to Bevan for stepping up and killing it in the editing department, after editing was on a hiatus for at least four months, especially having to deal with clips from at least five different filmers and cameras. Apologies for the delay and the quality of some of the clips, but having a good time riding with your mates is way more important than trying to get clips in my opinion. Watch out for the next one, it’ll drop hopefully sometime before 2017.

Ben Ward and S&M / FIT Part Ways

Well here’s some surprising news… It turns out that Ben Ward has been let go from S&M Bikes, Fit and the other brands under that roof in California. Ben’s name might not be super familiar with everyone since his role was behind the scenes, but he has definitely been a key role for all the brands these past few years. Definitely will be interesting to see what comes next for Ben!

“After almost 4 years with FIT as a Brand Manager, Team Wrangler and the Product Designer for S&M, FIT and Revenge, Ben Ward has parted ways with the company. “Due to the lack of continued work, and a change in business climate my position was eliminated. It’s been simply incredible working to build teams and develop products for new brands while revamping and improving the extensive product lines between S&M, FIT, Credence, Intrikat and Revenge.
