“The story of this Barcode is so very inspirational and an example of true kindness. Glenn Thomas had built himself his dream bike. He spent a good while collecting everything to make this bike exactly what he wanted personally. When he heard about Danny Hickerson’s accident, he wanted to help. So he contacted me with a most gracious offer. He wanted to send us his prize bike for us to auction off, and put the money collected from it towards Danny’s lingering doctor bills. Terrible One – Danny Hickerson Benefit Auction

Terrible One is auctioning off a very rare set of titanium pegs to help out Danny Hickerson with some medical bills! This might seem a little crazy, but it’s for a good cause and I swear these pegs will spark like mad if you actually run them! Hit up the Ebay Auction before the 21st and get in on this!

“We are auctioning this one-of-a-kind pair off on eBay, and all the money will go towards Danny Hickerson’s medical bills. Even though he had medical insurance, he was still left with a lot of bills after his back injury last year.

Please note: these have been used! They were ridden for a little bit and there’s grind marks over a lot of the sleeves and tips, but since it’s for a good cause and since these are the only pair of ti T-1 pegs that exist, we thought it’d be worth trying to raise some money for Danny by auctioning them off. This will mark the first of a few auctions we will be doing for him.

Terrible One – Freaky Friday: SoulParks Project One with Ruben Alcantara

It was announced a few weeks back that Ruben Alcantara and his friend had started a new skatepark design and building company called SoulParks. They recently completed their first skatepark in Malaga, Spain and based on this flip book for this weeks Terrible One Freaky Friday… It’s absolutely fricken AMAZING. Check out photos above along with a little Q&A action about what went into this park. All I know is I NEED this place in my life!!!!

It looks like Terrible One is doing another treasure hunt this year! Things will kick off August 21st so make sure you keep up with their website and their Facebook Page for the hints!

“This year’s T-1 Treasure Hunts will be in Austin (21st of August), Málaga (28th of August), and Hastings (4th of September). Terrible One dropped this brand new flipbook giving you a look at their entire 2013 collection from frames to bars, sprockets, grips, hats, coffee mugs and more! As always, the product line is looking dialed as ever… but there’s one thing that I was really expecting to see in this. The elusive Cyclops stem that BMX has been patiently waiting on for years and years and years… Did not make it into this flipbook, which I’m assuming means it’s once again delayed. Take a peek at the flip book though!
