Cookie is one of the legendary grind wizards hailing from the U.K. This past year he has made some moves with joining The Make and as of just the other week, Animal‘s U.K team. Recently, he had his bike stolen, which sucks, but it also means he had the chance to build up a brand new bike. The Make decided that they loved the Damn bars, but wanted an option a little bit bigger. The Damned bars are made from fully heat-treated 13 butted 4130 Sanko chromoly with a rise of 8.5″, 29″ width, 12 degrees of back sweep, 1 degree of up sweep and an oval crossbar. The Damned bars are available in gloss black, British Racing green, raw, flat white and Brunt Plum with a weight of 1 lb. 11.5 oz. These bars will be available in November, Damnit.

The Make‘s Shaun Hadlington, Chicken, Pika Rodriguez and Moumoune made a trip to Bordeaux and Toulouse in France this past summer. It looks like they found plenty of good spots to take advantage of.
Expect more of this to be found in the next The Make DVD that’s in the filming process now.
The Make have been working with Chicken for a while on a signature frame. The “No Idea” frame is a 4130 Sanko chromoly frame with double butting on the top and down tubes and seat stays. The No Idea has a 74.5 degree head tube angle, 71 degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 9″ stand over height, and a 13.75″ chainstay length. Chicken’s frame has features like a CNC machined and heat-treated head tube, internally and externally butted seat tube with an integrated seat post clamp, heat-treated externally and internally CNC machined bottom bracket, removable brake mounts and a 5mm thick heat-treated bottom bracket.
The No Idea weighs in at 4.8 lbs with 21″ for the top tube length and gloss black or JD green for color options.
