The Factory – Minnesota Mayhem Team Contest Highlights

On December 20th, The Factory in Minneapolis invited everyone out for their first ever Minnesota Mayhem BMX jam and Team Contest that Kenny Short organized. It was definitely a different approach than most BMX contests in the world. The concept was pretty straight forward. Have six of the youngest riders at the contest take turns picking team mates of all ages and skills, then they would go head to head on three different sections of the park. Each team had their own jam, racking up points that would be calculated toward one score as a team.

Tommy Glidden – One Day in Minneapolis

Tommy Glidden hit us with a link to his latest video from seven hours of cruising around Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota street spots. Tommy spent the day putting together some great lines, charging rails and sending some heavy moves down some stair sets. The manual line in this is so ridiculous and really everything about this BMX video kicks ass. It’s crazy how under rated Minnesota spots are! Enjoy!

3rd Lair with Tommy Glidden

Minnesota is a frozen tundra this year and that means if you want to ride, you’re riding inside. Luckily, Tommy Glidden has 3rd Lair nearby to get some sessions in. Here’s an edit he hit us up with from two hours he spent getting some clips. Definitely some solid clips worth taking a look at!
