Trey Jones takes a hot lap around Source Park!

The crew at Source BMX lined Trey Jones up on the starting gate for a hot lap around Source Park on a Mongoose setup to see how fast he could get it done. Here’s a look at how it all went down. Also, definitely laughed at the shot Source took at Chain Reaction in the start of this…

Source BMX – Lock In: Trey Jones

April 20, 2018

Source BMX locked Trey Jones in at the Source Park. Here’s what he got for clips!

When you drop a guy like Trey Jones on a park like Source Park, you know you’re going to see riding unlike anyone else has done before. Trey was recently brought over to Hastings to spend a few days getting some riding time in at the park, and it’s safe to say he had no trouble coming up with creative tricks and lines to do from the bowl to the street section. He event spent some time on a bike with brakes! This is a Must See for sure!

“If you are a fan of Trey Jones’s original riding and mid school influence, you are gonna love this!

Scotty Cranmer – FloriDeah Budget Build Challenge

April 18, 2018

You give Trey Jones $100 to build a quarterpipe / vert ramp, and he’ll get it done for $93.69

It’s that time again for Trey Jones to show us his engineering skills when he’s working with a limited budget. Scotty Cranmer challenged Trey to build a quarterpipe / vert ramp with a budget of $100 for materials. Here’s a video showing the build process and what went down on the ramp after Trey finished up the impressive build that is definitely FloriDeah approved.

“BMX budget build challenge! This time we are going to attempt to build a quarter pipe that we could ride BMX bikes on and do awesome tricks while keeping the cost under $100! We designed an awesome ramp and we make a how to about building the ramp! After the ramp is complete the guys get on their bikes and start riding and the tricks began straight away! The boys landed a barspin, a tail whip, 360, 540, and even a flair on their BMX bikes! Big Boy even learned a new trick at the end of the video!” – Scotty Cranmer

Scotty Cranmer – Extreme Fakie Challenge

April 6, 2018

Scotty Cranmer decided it was time for the guys to take on another Fakie Challenge!

It’s been a little while since Scotty Cranmer has had the guys do a Fakie Challenge. Today he put Matty Cranmer, Big Boy, Cory Berglar, Vinny Mannino and the one and only Trey Jones to the test to see who can go the distance when it’s cold and windy out!

“We decided to have another BMX fakie challenge to test the riders ability at riding their bikes backwards! This challenge starts behind my bike shop and the goal is to see what BMX rider can make it the furthest around the shop without going forwards or putting a foot down! After each rider attempting on both the free coaster wheel and the cassette we decided to take challenge over to a grass hill and see which rider would make it the furthest down and that’s when things got crazy! After it was finished one rider became the fakie challenge champion!” – Scotty Cranmer

Trey Jones – The Lost Woodward Line

March 28, 2018

Trey Jones takes us along for a ride as he does a super long line around Woodward East!

It’s always crazy to think about the amount of footage that probably has never seen the light of day. Trey Jones just uploaded this super long line he filmed at Woodward East that never got put to use until now. The clip is about 2 years old, but that doesn’t matter a ton since Trey has a timeless style. Either way, the line is now online and it’s a rad watch since he made his way all around camp riding the different setups in one non stop run. Take a look!

“I filmed this with Jordan Huffman almost 2 years ago. thanks woodwarddddd. I’m gonna try to start posting more, thanks yallllll” – Trey Jones

First off would be the Subrosa Wild Child frame, which we are assuming is Trey’s signature frame. You can check out a bunch of photos and a full parts list over on The Shadow Conspiracy Website now!
