I’m not sure how we always end up with 13 videos for these Video Recap’s. It’s honestly a little strange… but either way! This week was real solid for web videos and I’ve gone through the Daily Section and pulled out the best ones for you to take a peek at. Check out videos featuring the likes of Dan Lacey, Niki Croft, Trey Jones, Sean Ricany, Brad Simms, Kriss Kyle, Brett Banasiewicz and more all right here, right now!
I chose the new Chain Reaction team trip edit to Ireland as the top spot for obvious reasons. It’s hard to put Dan Lacey, Scott Ditchburn and Ben Hennon all together without a dialed edit coming from it. Plus, they put Peter Adam in charge of filming and editing an that’s NEVER a bad idea. All these guys kill it and if you haven’t seen this one yet, you are blowing it!
“Chain Reaction BMX Team edit time. Dan, Scott and Ben took a trip over to Ireland and hooked up with local bike legend and designated tour guide Peter Adam.
They travelled across Ireland for a week-long trip blasting the concrete parks and sessioning the streets of Limerick, Dublin, Galway and Belfast. Joined along the way by some of the local riders and the normal skatepark groms they unleashed their no-nonsense brand of riding with loads of grind and nose wheelie variations.
Filmed and edited by Peter Adam with music from ‘Girls Names’.

I was waiting for this one from the day Merritt announced that Brad Simms was on the team. Is it just me or does Brad always have his edits filmed in entirely different countries each time? That dude knows how to travel.
“Brad’s first edit for Merritt, filmed in Cracow, Poland.

It’s tough seeing Brett Banasiewicz having to recover from his crash he took, but at the same time it’s really good to see him progressing and fighting his way back to his old self. Keep sending Brett your positive vibes!
“This is a short video shot with Brett during a day of rehabilitation. He has come a long ways and has quite a ways to go. He is inspired by his visitors and the people that tweet him encouraging words. He has a full schedule every day from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and more. Brett chose this song and gave us the approval on the video. Thank to everyone for your support!!!”
Niki Croft’s riding is powerful. It doesn’t take some wild circus tricks for him to get peoples attention and that’s why he’s one rider I can’t get enough of. This past week DIG released this video that turned out amazing.
“20Twenty‘s Niki Croft went on a trip hitting up the remoter locations of Scotland with friend, Richie MacIver in search of lesser ridden spots, and the simple joy of riding bikes with mates. Nothing beats discovering new spots which are right under your nose.”
DIG was on fire this week with videos. This Kriss Kyle bio is a definite must see!
“Introducing our new DIG video series taking a closer look at some of our favourite riders. With archive footage and shot throughout 2012, we kick things off with Kriss Kyle. We follow Kriss from Simple Session in Estonia to his local skatepark in Scotland, Unit 23 and find out his thoughts on riding contests versus filming for videos, and more.
This is not just another web video…”
Trey Jones never disappoints and always goes fast and big. This new Fox edit is just that.
“Fox BMX team rider Trey Jones brings us the final video in the Re-engineerd series. Trey rides his local spots all while battling the heat and rain of Orlando Florida.”
There hasn’t been enough Liam Zingbergs footage floating around these days… This makes up for it.
“Thanks to Doug Underhill and Sam Waters for filming this 10 clips of Liam at Regency park in South Australia.

There’s no doubt that Sean Ricany has been on it for a while and this edit proves he isn’t slowing down any time soon.
“Sean has been a part of the Osiris family for a while now and we’re excited to formally welcome him to the pro team.
Thanks for your hard work, Sean!

Soul loaded up Max Bimar, Berenger Cordier and Justin Fouque and took them to some of the best trails spots around the U.K to do some filming. They came back with this awesome video that’s loaded with style and good times. I definitely suggest you hit that play button.

This is what a proper road trip looks like!
“At the end of August we brought Alex, Scootie, Timmy, and Bobbie to our home base here in ST.Louis, Mo to explore the area and visit some local shops. We sampled the streets, swimming holes and visited The Cyclery, Holdfast Bikes, Plan Nine, and Ramp riders before heading off to meet up with Clint and Brian in Vestal, NY and cruising up to Rochester to explore some more. We found good people, good food, waterfalls, and good spots the whole way.

Tafari Smith came through with some damn good riding in this video. It’s always good seeing a dude like this who doesn’t have edit after edit coming through with something awesome. Don’t sleep on this dude.
“One year after the ” who’s T-smith ” video
Tafari is back with a new edit in NYC

There’s no doubt that every possible angle of the Vans Rebel Jam was covered this year from all the edits that came out. However, how do you turn down a video featuring Bruno Hoffmann and Dan Lacey?
“Various members of the Federal team made the trip to Tossa De Mar in Spain. Lacey took home the win and Bruno finished closely behind in second. Mark Love and our newest flow rider James Cunningham also made the trip, along with Greece’s Jason Eustathiou.

Now this is a proper way to finish up this weeks list. Mike “Hollywood” Brancato has been killing it for years and it looks like he isn’t planning on slowing down any time soon. This new Profile Racing edit features footage he collected over the summer. Front brake magic and plenty of seat post. There’s no way you want to skip this one, I promise.
That wraps up this weeks round of Video Recap. Don’t forget to check back next Sunday to see what this week produces. Until then, hit up the front page for more Originals, check the Daily Section for all the latest videos, news, products and more or hit up Bikeguide to see what’s going on in the forum!
