This past week was a hell of a week for web videos. I was trying to put together a mental list before I dug into the Daily Section and I quickly realized that I was blanking hard on a ton of videos. This week I’ve got 19 videos for you to check out and there were a few I should have in here but passed on, so make sure you go through the Daily Section to see what else there was. Before you do that, let’s take a look at the top 19 I picked out.
Well, there’s no doubt in my mind that the video from the Cinema Wheel Co. X Etnies Portland trip. With a crew like this on the spots that Portland have to offer, you know this ended up being amazing.
“The etnies & CINEMA BMX teams joined forces for another summertime adventure, this time in Portland, Oregon. Corey Martinez, Chase Dehart and Nathan Williams all ride for both etnies and CINEMA so it makes sense for both brands to collab on filming trips like this, but unfortunately, Nathan just had wrist surgery before the trip started so he had to sit this one out. So we invited Tony Neyer (etnies flow), Sean Sexton (Cinema), and Dakota Roche (Cinema) and rented an apartment in the Buckman neighborhood in Portland for 10 days. Shout out to Shawn “Shitty” McIntosh, Shad Johnson, Goods BMX and all the locals in Portland for their hospitality.”
I’ve been waiting for this to drop since Wethepeople added Dylan to their team…
“Dylan Stark was added to the PRO team for many reasons, his natural ability to ride anything is one of those many reasons. Sit back and watch 6 minutes of the iron man himself.
Filmed & Edited by Davey Gunn
Music: Iron Man by Black Sabbath.”
I’ve said this more than once… It’s not even fair how talented Jack Birtles is on both sides of the camera. This dude is on it! Check out his welcome to United edit showing his riding side and editing side since I’m assuming he didn’t film this, haha.
I’m not sure why it took a month for Eclat to release this one after premiering it at NORA Cup in September, but damn am I glad it’s finally out.
“Part 3 of our #freeandsleazy tour took us all the way into Europe, starting in the U.K and working our twisted path down into France and over to Germany. This video is the result of 10 days in Europe featuring Sean Burns, Shane Weston, IZ Pulido, Chester Blacksmith, an injured Darryl Tocco and the return of Ashley Charles. Phil Demattia was around for the U.K leg and Dennis Erndhart was there for the German days.
Filmed and edited by Will Evans.”
Can’t go wrong with some fresh Shane Weston footage. Am I right or am I right?
“Flybikes is proud to introduce the newest signature line from one of the most creative and influential street riders out there today, Shane Weston. Shane’s signature “Isla” frame has been built around his riding style and with strength in mind. Featuring the proven EBS brake system, micro integrated 5mm. dropouts with an angled removable chain tensioner. Also with the “Isla” invest casting seat stay bridge and an integrated down tube gusset. The geometry for his frame comes with either a 20.8’ or 21.2’ top tube length, a 75º head tube and with a 69º seat tube angle. The rear is 13.40’, stack height 8.4’ and the bb height 11.75’. Weight of the 20.8’ comes in at 1.967 g. / 4.33 lb. Available in gloss raw and gloss black.
Accompanying Shane’s signature “Isla” frame, with the largest bars flybikes has made to date coming in at a 9” rise, heat-treated multi butted chromoly 29” width and a 12º back sweep, 2º up sweep and 785 g. / 1.73 lb. Available in the new stainless colour way and gloss black.” – Fly Bikes
Clint Millar with some front brake magic!? Along with Guettler and Chris Courtenay? Win. I’m a little bummed Cooper Brownle didn’t have any clips, haha.
“In early September 2012 Ryan Guettler, Chris Courtenay and Clint Millar headed over to the UK for 9 days. We met up with UK riders Liam Vance and Sam Davies-Bate and trekked a ridiculous amount of kilometres to a bunch of cool BMX shops and parks hanging out with anyone that was out and about.
Thanks to all the riders and shops that we met and also to Tabeltop Distribution for planning it all out.

Check out issue 169 of Ride UK for an article from the trip along with 2020 BMX Magazine in Australia.

There is definitely not enough Cory Beal footage floating around these days…
“Beal’s been taking it easy over the summer, too busy printing shirts instead of riding, but he hooked us up with some footy he’s been sitting on and it’s banging as you’d expect. Also peep the new REPSET tee on their website, rep yo’ set.” – Northern Embassy
Anthony Perrin has been killing it for a while now, so I’m glad to see Eclat took notice and got him hooked up!
Combine the dialed filming and editing with some real good riding from Anthony Watkinson and you have this new Premiere BMX Store edit!

I didn’t see this one coming, but it looks like Kelly Bolton and Eastern have parted ways. I just wonder if he’s got a new deal lined up.
“Today I am sad to announce that Eastern and Kelly Bolton are parting ways. We definitely shared some great adventures together and I will miss going on trips with him. He has almost as many costumes as I do. I am honored to have gotten to know Kelly through the years and even more so to be able to call him a friend. I put together this farewell video from his time here. Kelly and I picked the song out of a few he sent over, so don’t read into it too much. I am looking forward to see what Kelly has up his sleeves next.” – Leigh Ramsdell.
Rob DiQuattro came through with another Hood Antics gem this week. Hit that play button!
“can’t believe we’ve won 23 nora cups for these edits.
Not afraid to use dmx… twice.”
If this doesn’t make you laugh, something is wrong with you.
