It’s that time of the week again for another round of Video Reap! The Daily Section was loaded up with a ton of damn good videos this past week. I’ve gone through and pulled out 17 of the best BMX videos featuring the likes of Alex Kennedy, Edwin DeLaRosa, George Boyd, Kyle Baldock, Logan Martin, Michal Smelko, Anthony Perrin, Chris Bracamonte, Javi Castilla, Dean Anderson, Jon “Gremlin” Betchtold and many, many more. Let’s get into this since there’s well over 2 hours of videos to watch! Check it!
It was pretty easy to pick this new one from The Diggest featuring Edwin DeLaRosa. I personally feel like the things Edwin says in this is a good reminder why Edwin has stood the test of time in a BMX world of ever changing “big name riders”. I know I couldn’t agree more with a lot of the things said in this at least.
“In a world with more and more web videos, The Diggest wants to make a break, to create something a little bit different, and to focus more on the creative process and the people around bicycle.
“Another Perspective” is a timeless video serie, which tries to present with style who had and who will change the 2 wheels world.
We are proud to introduce this “perspective 001” with the one and the only :
EDWIN DELAROSA
The Diggest
More than one of the most talented rider of countless generation, Edwin is also an awesome photographer with a unique way of life.

Thank to REDBULL / VANS / ANIMAL for Their Support.”
This new video from Red Bull France featuring Anthony Perrin was super close for taking the top spot this week. Everything from the riding to the filming and editing in this is phenomenal. It’s good to see Anthony getting the recognition he deserves for killing it so hard lately.

This new one from Cult featuring Alex Kennedy leaves me wondering how many insanely good clips are just sitting on some hard drive waiting to be released…
“Unseen footage from one of the smoothest, Alex Kennedy circa 2010-2012. Filmed and edited by Dakota Roche.”
The “Cool Story Bro” series from Mutiny is quickly becoming one of my favorites. This has a similar feel to the Edwin video above too which is awesome since I’m starting to like these more in-depth style videos than trick after trick edits that seem like a dime a dozen these days. Plus, Richard Forne absolutely killed it with the filming and editing.
“Next up in the Cool Story Bro series is Texas born George Boyd, who recently made the move out west to Los Angeles. Spare 5 minutes and 4 seconds of your time to learn a little more about George; from raunchy meat to being positive to awesome ditches this has you covered.
Music:
Monster Rally
“Monster Rally is the brainchild of 23 year old Columbus (Ohio) resident and Cleveland native Ted Feighan. Producing music that is sampled-based tropical pop, Monster Rally began with the goal of assembling a bunch of old records into a completely different beast. Feighan began crafting tracks from his collection of records, combining his interests in Hip-hop, Exotica, Tropicalia, and Soul. Monster Rally creates tracks that manage to maintain a surprisingly organic sound, as if they were recorded by a full band on analog tape. There is something inherently nostalgic about the sound” – Gold Robot Records.”
Once again… Australia leaves the rest of the world wondering what the hell is in the water down there…
“Training harder then ever to get there synchronisation at its best, Kyle & Logan have been kind enough to let us inside there training sessions and capture this video for you guys of them getting in sync for the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in Brazil.
Filmed and edited by Bret Trigg”
Chris Bracamonte is one dude I’m always stoked to see fresh footage of these days. The crazy part about this video is that this is just scraps for the “I Can’t Stop” DVD that Shane McLellan is putting together. Get stoked for his full part!
“Quick edit of Chris Bracamonte with some clips that didn’t make the cut for the video”
Filmed and edited by Shane McLellan
What happens when some of the Demolition team gets together with some of the Markit team in Texas? Hammers get dropped. You know its true when Rob Wise, Dennis Enarson, Connor Lodes, Aaron Smith, Geoff Slattery and Ronnie Napolitan are throwing down.
“This was the first official collab trip for both Demolition and Markit and it may have very well been the most productive and fun trip I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. From beginning to end the Markit and Demolition crews meshed perfectly and were able to keep this crazy fun and productive the entire trip. So get yourself a drink, sit down, relax, play the edit and enjoy!

If this video from Mankind doesn’t get you hyped for summer… I don’t know what will!
“So last summer was an busy one for the mankind team but we still managed to squeeze in a few team trips to destinations including Poland,Barcelona, Croatia and Germany. There are many stories from the trip some of them are not suitable for your ears but as you can see from the video it was an amazing summer with some amazing memories.

This new one of Colony‘s Dean Anderson is absolute fire!
“Dean and I have been filming over the last year, with Part One of this edit being realised 7 months ago. Part Two has been filmed over the past 6 months, getting clips every now and then, and this is what we came out with! Dean is an amazing rider and can do some of the craziest stuff I have ever seen, he is super dialled and super tech and can do some amazing bangers! A lot of effort has gone into this edit so make sure you share it and give some feedback!

The Downlow Apparel guys have been on it lately. This new one is so rad. Awesome riding and the quality of the filming and editing along with the lights is awesome.
“Whist the shadows overrun the walls
And we tremble from our falls
The streets are ours late at night
Until the shadows take away our light

This is the definition of my dream vacation…
“Some footage from my trip to the south island of new zealand at the start of 2013. I caught up with Mike and Ryan for a few days after farm jam and rode gorge rd with them. I met too many awesome people to mention! Riders are Mike Ross, Nathan Parker and Ryan Lloyd + a few extras. A huge thanks to the guys who dig gorge rd and also to the Frew bros for letting us ride after farm jam. Filming by Nicole Parker and Ryan Lloyd ,edited by Nathan Parker”
A few weeks back the Profile Racing and Madera team hit the midwest to warm things up with good times! Check out this video from the different stops they made that’s loaded with goodness.
“Matt Coplon and Mark Mulville flew up from florida to met up with Grant Castelluzzo, Jeff Klugiewicz, Mike Hinkens, and Jeff Dowhen in Milwaukee and escaped the winter cold by hitting up a few skateparks in the area. Instead of having a traditional demo we decided to just have a session and invite all the kids to come out and ride with the team. A big thank you to all of the parks for having us and all of the kids that came out to ride with us.
Parks:
4 Seasons Skatepark- Milwaukee, WI
Over The Top Skatepark- Zumbro Falls, MN
Rays MTB- Milwaukee, WI”
The Daily Grind is rider owned and operated by this guy, Jonathan “Gremlin” Betchtold. If you haven’t caught on yet, Jon is an absolute beast… and this edit is a good reminder of it!
“Gremlin and the Daily Grind Crew are always out filming for something. This edit was filmed over a span of a few little trips including a southern California trip, a NC weekend, and footage from Ohio. Filmed by Tony Cherry, edited by Gremlin”
Cult‘s connect in Spain, Javi Castilla, coming through with an awesome new edit this week for you guys to get stoked on. Freecoaster goodness all over this.
This is quite possibly one of the greatest BMX commercials to ever exist. Check out Subrosa‘s tribute to Office Space that premiered during Simple Session a few weekends back.
“With the Simple Session contest being veiwed online each year by millions of people we don’t take these commercials lightly. Or maybe it’s that we take them too lightly? Either way, I love when Subrosa stands out, and this year was no different.
R.I.P. GUTI camera #6. You did your job with dignity and class. You can see camera #6’s work in our full-length DVD “Get Used To IT” due to release to the public around April 2013
Filmed and Edited by Ryan Chadwick”
Let’s wrap this week up with a banger. Charlie Crumlish uploaded the entire BMXfu3 DVD. This is a full hour of pure BMX goodness.
“By our 3rd DVD, I had a new VX2000 with a widened Raynox lens so most of the video has a fake VX1000 kind of feel. Was trying out different settings on my camera as well, and de-interlaced the whole video to give it somewhat of a different look from the last two.
Everyone continued to get better and better on their bikes so FU3 was definitely a level up from FUTU. Shawn Swain and Lee’s sections are still completely ridiculous.”
Alright, that’s a look at some of the best BMX videos to drop this past week. Check back next weekend to see what pops up in the Daily Section this coming week. Until then, hit up the front page for more Originals or go give the Daily Section a look for all the latest videos, news, products and more!
