This past week was crazy. There were literally must see edits dropping left and right. It was almost hard to keep up with all of the goodness, and I can guarantee that you probably missed some of these videos. That’s why we dig into the Daily Section every week to pull out the best videos for you to take it all in. This week we’ve got 18 videos featuring the likes of Chad Kerley, Simone Barraco, Alex Kennedy, Kriss Kyle, Joris Coulomb, Justin Simpson, Greg Illingworth, Devon Smillie, Kevin Kiraly, Aaron Smith, Shawn McIntosh, Ryan Taylor, Jake Seeley, Alex Platt, Anthony “Boy” Flores, Tony Cherry, Mike Hinkens, Jeff Dowhen, Dennis Enarson and many, many more. Let’s get into this!
All right, I think it’s safe to say that Nike earned the top spot this week. They have an incredibly stacked team and they dropped them off in one of the best locations in the world to ride. You can’t go wrong! Plus, the filming and editing is so good. Peter Adam definitely kicked some ass.
“Nike’s Alex Kennedy, Simone Barraco, Kriss Kyle, Joris Coulomb and Daniel Tünte are joined by US teammate Chad Kerley to battle with the elements in the European street mecca of Barcelona. Filmed, edited and directed by Peter Adam.”
Man, Chad Kerley has been EVERYWHERE lately. Here’s the dialed video Premium dropped featuring Chad, Josh Harrington, Brock Olive, Connor Lodes, Dan Foley and Sean Ricany laying it down in North Carolina!
“Join the team as the travel through the tar heel state. Dodging rain and cold weather from Greenville to Raleigh/Durham and finally Charlotte. They crew had a blast and some serious riding and fun was had.
Big shout out to the NC locals for the spots!”
I’ve been so stoked on this “Cool Story, Bro” series from Mutiny. These videos are all super high quality and there’s a lot more depth than just riding in them. BMX needs more of this.
“Mellow he is not! Justin does whatever he’s doing cranked all the way to 11. From riding to holding it down as front man of his new band Hot Rails. It’s all or nothing for the Hemi Dragon. We spent a week with him in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio of course the weather sucked and it was cold as balls but nothing can stop Justin.

“Monster Rally is the brainchild of 23 year old Columbus (Ohio) resident and Cleveland native Ted Feighan. Producing music that is sampled-based tropical pop, Monster Rally began with the goal of assembling a bunch of old records into a completely different beast. Feighan began crafting tracks from his collection of records, combining his interests in Hip-hop, Exotica, Tropicalia, and Soul. Monster Rally creates tracks that manage to maintain a surprisingly organic sound, as if they were recorded by a full band on analog tape. There is something inherently nostalgic about the sound” – Gold Robot Records.”
Aaron Smith has been on fire for so long now that it’s just a given that his edit is going to kick a lot of ass before you hit the play button. Check out his latest for Demolition that did not disappoint!
“Aaron Smith usually escapes the cold winters of New Hampshire in sunny Southern California and this spring was no different. Aaron shows off that classic smooth style of his while hitting up all the local ditches, schoolyards and ledge spots. You’ll also notice that Aaron’s hop keeps getting higher and higher, could be due to all that Muscle Milk and working out. Check it out to see for yourself.

I’m not sure what the Rocker BMX guys are all about, but from what I’ve gathered, they make some rad mini bikes and it’s apparently easy for Ryan Taylor to shred on them, haha.
Jake Seeley has been a little under the radar healing up from injuries for a while, but it looks like he’s finally back on it because this new Profile Racing edit that dropped turned out awesome.
Kevin Kiraly and Justin Burns are a hell of a team and when you get them together for a session it gets wild. This new video featuring these two tearing up some skate plazas for Network A makes that very obvious.
“Kevin Kiraly takes you on a trip through a grip of banging plaza’s in NorCal! Follow Kevin for the week while partner in crime, Justin Burns, takes on both sides of the lens and comes in hot with switch moves all over these rail set-ups!”
Alex Platt is one rider that I personally feel is waaaaay too under rated. This welcome to Volume edit is loaded with hammers!
“Many bumps, bruises, and flesh wounds later, we’d like to now officially welcome Mr. Platt to the team in style with one hell of an edit to start your week! Alex is easily the craziest person I know on two wheels, and his brain is constantly stirring the pot, (literally) plotting and scheming to get back at the word “impossible.” Alex never ceases to amaze me with the shit he comes up with, and his riding is guaranteed to keep you on your toes from both technical and burly perspectives alike. Ladies and gentelmen, Alex Platt…

Music: Coven – “Wicked Woman””
Can’t go wrong when you give Shawn McIntosh some dialed spots in Los Angeles to get down on. This new Lotek edit is one we couldn’t pass up for the list.
“Shawn and Aaron cruised around Los Angeles for a few days and came back with this solid vid.
Filmed and edited by Aaron Brenner”
Zak Earley is one of those guys who is not only incredibly nice, but he’s talented on more than just a BMX bike. This video Bell Helmets dropped gives you a look at his other passion of Motocross. Rad.
“Zak Earley talks about what it means to him being a part of the BELL legacy, he also talks about what being on two wheels has meant to him through his life to date. Video By: Kosman”
Dennis Enarson’s part from the Demolition “Last Chance” DVD. Do I really need to say more?
“One of the most anticipated DVD’s of 2011. With added new riders to the already legendary team lineup, we have one of the most creative and diverse teams to date. Featuring full sections from Chris Doyle, Dave Dillewaard, Jason Enns, Dave Osato, Ryan “Biz” Jordan, Christian Rigal, Connor Lodes, Alfredo Mancuso, Tate Roskelley, Dennis Enarson, Rob Wise, Daniel “Lil-D” Martinez and more.

Vancouver has a killer scene and this video that Brodie Gwilliam put together has a bit of a double meaning. They spent a few weeks in Van cruising around in a sketchy van while stacking clips for this damn good video.

If you haven’t seen The Daily Grind‘s DVD yet, you are completely blowing it. Luckily for you, they’re going to be making this list for the next few weeks since they’re uploading all of the sections from the video for you to enjoy. This is Tony Cherry’s section that you need to see.
“The Daily Grind DVD was released 6 months ago. This is Tony Cherry’s section. The DG will release one section each week starting now with Tony. Next week will be Scott Steele’s part.”
When was the last time you saw a video from Odyssey that sucked? That’s right… Never. This video is keeping that tradition going strong.
““We loaded up SEAN SEXTON, ERIC LICHTENBERGER, MAT HOUCK
and GRANT GERMAIN and made the trek to beautiful PHOENIX, ARIZONA.
There we found warm weather, plentiful spots, cool locals, good times, and bad rap music.Enjoy!

Here’s another video that gives you a look at what pros also do other than BMX. This time around Dan’s Comp caught up with Devon Smillie to find out about his interest in skateboarding along with stacking a bunch of real good clips.
“Dan’s Comp team rider Devon Smillie is a really good skateboarder as well as ripping it up on a bike. Devon blurs the lines between the two activities and this video by Stew Johnson for Dan’s Comp breaks down the how and why. Skating may be an escape for Devon, but he applies his skate skills to his bike riding with stylish results on both two and four wheels.”
If this teaser for the new Make It Happen project that Greg Illingworth is working on doesn’t make you jealous or super stoked for what’s to come… Something is wrong.
“This is the first teaser video for Make It Happen. Shot on a road trip that started in Cape Town, followed the Garden Route along the east coast of South Africa , and ended back in Cape Town. View the photo gallery here makeithappenvideo.com/south-africa/

Anthony “Boy” Flores is always a treat to watch ride. He’s got some serious grind control and his riding in general is so damn good. This new Primo edit is a good reminder of that.
“Anthony “BOY” Flores gets it done for Primo in 2013.

Let’s wrap this week up with a banger. The Madera guys have been going hard on trips and filming to make this new mixtape happen and damn did it turn out good. This is 9 minutes of gold!
“Throughout the winter of 2012-2013 Madera’s midwestern riders and friends have been filming regardless of the weather. A few southward trips were required, but the quality of the clips did not suffer even though the riders did from the cold conditions. Take a look at the result of our sessions and enjoy.
Riders: Mike Hinkens, Jeff Dowhen, Dan Kruk, Damian Racut, Dylan McCauley, Russ Wadlin, Shay Lashley”
