BMX street is a genre of freestyle bike riding that takes place on a course simulating urban terrain using everyday objects such as curbs, stairs, handrails, benches and quarter pipes as obstacles. Riders use these obstacles to perform a variety of tricks, grinds, and slides, often combining multiple maneuvers into a single trick. BMX street requires a high level of creativity, adaptability, and technical skill, as riders must be able to navigate the urban landscape and perform tricks with precision and control. Competitions in BMX street involve riders performing a series of timed runs, with judges evaluating the difficulty, execution, and originality of their tricks.
