The annual New York Grands race went down the other weekend and a huge group of riders tore through New York cCity hitting checkpoints, dodging traffic and all racing to get to the finish line first. Here’s a video giving you a POV look at what the race was like! It’s kind of crazy not seeing Tyrone Williams not on that top spot!
“Over the course of the Bicycle Film Festival in NYC, 40+ of the quickest street-wise riders came together for the annual NY Grands race. This year, instead of cutting through open Brooklyn streets, the course wove its way through the heart of Manhattan. The fastest dudes in the city were gunning for a $500 cash purse, number plates for the top five finishers, and the title that comes along with winning one of the wildest BMX events this city has ever seen. Congrats to all who finished. This race was dedicated to the memory of Dave Preston Rodebaugh.
