Some how I managed to not hit the post button on this last night…. and failed to realize it until tonight. There’s been a ton going on lately so you gotta give me some slack for keeping up with everything. Either way, here it is now!
Ah, another week has passed and the Daily Section has been loaded up with well over 100 videos for you to check out. I’ve gone through and pulled out the best ones from the week for you guys to check out. This week we have 15 edits from guys like Florent Soulas, Timmy Theus, Brian Foster, Dan Foley, Jeremy Muller, Ashley Charles, Shane Weston, Ryan Nyquist, Randy Brown, Charlie Crumlish and more. Since there’s probably an hours worth of videos for you to go through, I’ll let you get to it.
This week I chose Florent Soulas’ new video as the top spot. There’s something about his riding that just blows minds and this video does just that. All I know is this one was one I had to watch a few times…
“Client: Orange / Sosh
Directed by Stéphane Karle
InterCooler
Starring Florent Soulas
Soundtrack by Jacuzzi Boys – Glazin’”
The trailer to one of the best videos to drop in 2012? You bet. Brian Foster is the man!
“Stew Johnson has taken on the task of heading up a documentary on Brian Foster, one of the most respected and all around legends of BMX. That’s not blog intro fluff, BF is a respected BMX legend and awesome individual. The documentary is aptly named, BF-it.” – Fit Bike Co.
We can all agree there’s not enough Randy Brown going around these days. Here’s his part from the S&M “Salt Lake Shake” DVD that they released earlier this year.
Everything about this is awesome. Style matters…
“What happens when you’ve graduated college with a degree in filmmaking, have an eye for composition, no local filmers, and you’re a complete badass on a bike? You do it yourself, which is exactly what Dan did.” – Premium
Claudio Sandoval is one person that I’ve never met, but have insane amounts of respect for. I can’t imagine how hard it is for him to ride with one leg, but he makes it work and still manages to throw down some awesome riding. I hope to see a lot more of this dude in the future.
Fact: Timmy Theus is the man.
“I don’t know where to start with Timmy, he just get’s it. He’s up for about anything, he’s smart, motivated, maintains a positive outlook, and has a level head on his shoulders. That makes him good company. He’s also really good on his bike and has a casual style with a lot of speed, pop, and skill. Good company makes bike riding better, and when you come a cross a guy like Timmy you want to get them involved with what you’re doing. We’re really happy to be making Timmy an official part of the tribe.
We’d also like to give thanks to Timothy Hyde, Dave Leep, and Tony Loconte for tossing some of their footage into the mix to get this edit wrapped up.

What happens when you give Ryan Nyquist the means to work out his wild and hilarious ideas? This.
“In this episode of Getting Awesome With Ryan Nyquist, Ryan teams up with brother Shea Nyquist to create a hybrid wakeboard/BMX bike. The challenges are many, from the build itself, to getting the thing to float, riding it, then the ultimate challenge: wakebike barspins! Let’s see if Ryan can pull off this challenge. New episodes drop alternating Tuesdays!” – Network A
These Keep It Local tour videos have been so good.
“This edit is the culmination of ten days in Deutschland with Simone Barraco, Lahsaan Kobza, Bjoern Elvering, and Paul Ryan, filming for our new DVD. Shadow would like to send a huge thanks to Christoph at Unity Distribution, Martin and Markus at Freedom BMX, Suicycle BMX Shop, Flair BMX Shop, People’s Store, Twenty Inch, and all the German locals who showed us good spots and good times!

Song: Trails and Ways – Mtn Tune” – The Shadow Conspiracy
About time this part from the “This Is United” video made it online. Ashley Charles absolutely kills it in this part.
“After a slight hiatus we are back posting the final few sections of This Is United online. Ashley Charles and his silky smooth skills all over the world with a soundtrack to get that fist pumping.

If you are a trails rider, I have a feeling this video of Jeremy Muller will make you smile.
Even their scraps are dialed. I can’t wait to see what they have cooking for 2013.
“This is the 2012 Left over. Thanks to all the people who support MarieJade in 2012, see you in 2013.” – MarieJade
When was the last time you were able to watch a Charlie Crumlish edit and not say “how the fuck does he do this stuff?”
“Filming + Toilet Smash by: Devon Lampman Photography” – OSS
Tempered made some moves and picked up two guys we’ve been seeing a ton of lately. Check out Alex Dergachev and Dima Onoprienko’s welcome edit. These guys are on fire.
“Edit – Dima Onoprienko
Graphics/Motion – Alex Liiv
Music – Honey and The Bees – Love Addict”
Can’t go wrong with some freecoasting goodness from Shane Weston! Plus, that’s one dialed unit if I may say.
“Video bike check with Dan’s Comp team rider Shane Weston by Stew Johnson for Dan’s Comp. Shane’s bike is built around his signature Fly Isla frame and bars, available soon at Dan’s Comp. Full-length Dan’s Comp team DVD in progress, look for it in 2013!” – Dan’s Comp
Last but not least, Hoffman Bikes have added Trent McDaniel to their line up. Check out this welcome edit loaded up with goodness.
“Trent always brings big moves and a ton of energy to the session. We are stoked to have him waving the HB flag up in Chicago.
