While we were talking he dropped a link to an up and coming photographer over there in the U.K named Conor Stevens. I had a look at his work and I was really stoked on what I was seeing. We got in touch and I asked if he would be interested in doing a photogallery here on The Union. Every week I really just want to provide some sort of feature that is not only an interesting read but a helpful one as well. I was thinking about a few different options for this week and ended up settling on talking a bit about shooting contests and throwing a few useful tips out there. Although not everyone is out there shooting any kind of events/contests on a regular basis it is a great skill to have when the time comes. The more prepared you are, and the more you know the better off you will be. I have been shooting contests for quite some time now and have shot more than I can even begin to count so I have picked up a few things along the way. The shirts are printed on Navy 50/50 American apparel and come in sizes small, medium, large and extra large. They’re lightweight, super soft and stretchy. Seriously love this material.

As you can imagine, this is an up and coming photographers dream come true because it gives you the opportunity to shoot with so many different up and coming riders and even the countless pros that are in and out of the place all the time. Product: The Union X Quintin Co. Limited Edition Snapback

Some of you might have caught on that we’ve been working with Quintin Co. to produce some limited edition The Union hats. We’re stoked to finally have them available for you guys to get your hands on! This 5 panel trucker hat features an all black shell with “The Union” embossed on the front and “bmxunion.com” embroidered in the back arch, a white snap and a green under bill. The guys at Quintin Co. did an amazing job with these and we hope you like them.

We had only 50 of these made and this will be the only time this particular hat will be made. If you want to get your hands on one, they are available for $27 in our WEB STORE right now. All orders come with two “The Union” stickers and any other random stickers from brands I have laying around.
