The crew at Colony BMX recently threw the Hard Yard Backyard Invitational on the crazy ramp setup in Clint Millar‘s backyard! As we’ve seen in a bunch of videos, the ramps are always growing and there’s so many lines and setups that any style of rider could find something to do on the ramps. Needless to say, when you invite a bunch of Australia’s finest to come out and throw down for a day, things get real crazy. Here’s a 20+ minute highlight video that shows you just what went down! Hopefully this one turns into an annual thing!
“Colony recently held the Hard Yards Backyard Invitational at Clint Millar’s insane backyard ramp set-up. This was a jam-style event with cold hard cash on the line for various best tricks, style, and flow throughout the day. Keeping things BMX the event was also rider judged and more than anything, a good day with the squad. So hurry over to the play button and try not to miss the sub-rail on the way.

Check out what went down at Highway To Hill 2023!
The annual Highway To Hill contest at Mellowpark in Berlin, Germany always looks like such a good time! This year’s contest went off the other weekend and as expected it was a packed weekend with a ton of wild riding and good times. The crew at Freedom BMX were there to take it all in! Check out over 50 minutes of raw footage from BMX Park finals and Mini Ramp finals, along with interviews and more in German, in this video!
“During the park and miniramp finals on Highway to Hill 20223, you could tell that some of the starters were still feeling the effects of last night’s party. But that wasn’t so bad. After all, as almost all of our interviewees emphasize in the video above, the highway is not a high-performance competition, but first and foremost a family reunion.
But that doesn’t mean that there was a lot going on in Mellowpark this year, quite the opposite. Here are the highlights of Sunday.

New Rob Dolecki footage!
Rob Dolecki is usually behind the lens taking amazing photos, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t getting in plenty of sessions on his bike. To celebrate his 50th birthday, he put together this new one from the past few years cruising street spots, parks and pools! Rob doesn’t look or ride like he’s a day over 35! “Captured both during his travels, and on home turf a few years before and in the middle of COVID, and on through earlier in 2023, DIG’s own Rob Dolecki celebrated hitting the Level 5 milestone last year by compiling an edit of these video souvenirs. As the title suggests, the spots themselves are more the primary focus than actual tricks, but Rob still goes hard. You’d usually expect to have to cut an old guy some slack, but this old guy still kills it behind the camera, and on the bike.
